But if you do decide to get fresh and local produce then you must visit them. This is a family run business that grows organic and local and they always have nice surprises like baby zucchini and squash flowers and berries that the other stands don't have. and what makes them my favourite place is not because there is this connection we feel we have. It's the buttered corn. Hahaha yes . Well, that and they're great people. My mom loves this stand too. Sure the other places have lots to offer, but when you get to meet the people here at Parsons and see and hear their passion behind their farming. You'll understand why we keep coming back when we're in town. A family tradition we've kept over the years.

Today we took two cars so the whole family could join in, including grand children, and take photos at the best pumpkin display in Keremeos - not just my opinion either; I saw in the Keremeos paper last year it was named the #1 display and it was on page 1. So it is more than my favourite. It's in the sunshine and today my Dad, 85 years old posed behind the tractor. Lots of pics today of everyone. There were a lot of others today with the same goal of photos with the pumpkin display while getting some vegetable shopping done. The genuine authentic smiles from the owners each and every time we visit are always appreciated as are the fair prices. When my wife makes relish they fresh pick the morning she is coming so it's perfect for her canning later. My wife's relish is the best ! Today I bought apples, tomatoes, pears and onions and of course, samosas. If I could give this fruit stand and these nice ladies six stars then I sincerely would.
