I needed a quote for damage to my vehicle. Stan looked at it, assessed an amount and said it would be emailed to me the next morning. I did not get the email the next day, so I gave him a few more days, called and left a message with my phone number. No one returned my call. I called a few times more, always leaving my number and no one ever called back. I stopped by a couple of times, no one was ever there (usually between 3-4:30 pm, when I am out and about). I was driving by, almost a month later, and he was finally there. He apologized and said he would take care of it. Again, nothing. My husband called and Stan said they had problems with their computer, and lost my info, but why didn't he call me to tell me that? I left my number every time I called. 100% of the effort was on my part. I was never rude or pushy, but I started to get frustrated at the end. When I told some friends about my bad experience, several of them said they had bad experiences there, too, so I decided to write this review. I want to save others from wasting their time, like I did. I finally went to Mariposa Auto Body. I called, they invited me right down and they gave me a written quote the SAME DAY! What a difference in service and attention to my issue. Less than one day and I am taken care of versus almost a month and still getting nowhere. I put way more effort into this than any customer should!
