Pros: Many vegan options with separate menu, Tasty, unique pizza, Friendly staff Cons: Odd restaurant ambiance (connected to hotel), Beer on tap was not super fresh tasting, Spicy pizza with no option to change spice level No real reason to visit again but we had a fine experience and the pizza was fresh and fun.

We ordered the garlic naan bites, tandoori masala wings, Bombay butter pizza, and Goa Vindaloo. We also bought mango lassi. They have a fountain drink and a beer tap machine, but the mango lassi is where it's at. Despite their specialty pizzas, they also offer regular American pizzas. The service was good. I noticed that the two staff members had AirPods in their ears, but that didn't distract them from their work. The staff were friendly and approachable. Ordering was simple. The staff brought the food out to our table. The owner was very nice and professional. The place was clean. It was quiet for a weekday evening. Very casual. There was an Indian movie playing. Overall, I would definitely come back. I wish it was available in north metro area like Blaine.

Kevin's Italian bistro was an exquisite experience, who would have known someone with a name like…read moreKevin could dish up authentic Italian food as if his name were Linguini! The focaccia bread was liberating and luxuriant. We decided upon the Zuppa Tosacana- a soup which Olive Garden once held 1st place for in my opinion- but now does not. The Zuppa was souptacular and soupendous, a more hearty consistency than the more viscous counterpart served at the Garden of Olives. The pizza Salumi picanna was scrumptious, the texture of the crust was to my liking. My pregnant wife ravenously devoured the cacio e pepe (she also ate most of the Zuppa, I lament that I only tatsted the smallest part of it). Our waitress Mikayla was sublime, and promptly got our orders in with food brought out in proper timing. We finished with dessert (we don't normally get dessert because we live in an apartment and don't have a lot of dinero, but my good Christian mentor provided my wife and I with funds out of the goodness of his heart to bless us with a nice meal tonight) so we splurged and decided upon the tirimasu cheesecake, which we took to go. Overall, our experience was magical, and I can fully recommend the enterprise of Signore Kevin and his fine establishment

We were seated quickly at 6pm. The food was good! We opted for the beet bruschetta appetizer in lieu of dessert. I thought the sweetness of the honey ricotta played well against the earthiness of the beats. And the ciabatta bread was chewy and flavorful. The wedge Caesar was good, I loved the homemade croutons. A little heavy on the dressing, but you could tell it was homemade and had great flavor from the anchovy- a solid Caesar dressing. My husband got the seafood pasta, and I got the spaghetti and meatballs. He loved his, and I loved the bold flavor of the house made red pasta sauce. The meatballs were big and well seasoned. My only critique, and perhaps this is unfair, but the pasta was clearly not homemade and I wished it was. The only hiccup is that the date night was advertised as coming with a bottle of wine, and we were charged $20 for the bottle we got. It was explained to me that they had said in the beginning that the wine was "a $20 mystery bottle" meaning we couldn't choose it. I interpreted this to me that the free bottle of wine that was advertised as part of the date night was valued at $20. I explained this felt like a little bit of a trick and the charge was removed from our bill without any fuss. That was much appreciated. Because of how that was handled, we will definitely return! Overall, it was a pleasant evening, and I enjoyed myself. Stand out was the bruschetta for sure. Server was friendly and cheerful and didn't rush us.
