Like I mentioned before, I've never experienced anything like this. At first, she said she would be happy to refund me, but then she changed her mind and refused. Without my permission, she somehow obtained my personal phone number and called me directly. During this call, she verbally assaulted me cussing at me repeatedly, using the F-word, and verbally threatening me. I have no idea how she got my number, and the experience was extremely disturbing and intimidating. I filed a police report. Please look below at a screenshot of a message that I was sent on yelp telling me I have mental problems. I have never reviewed another business and a negative way. I've never experienced such harassment .. I would strongly recommend staying far away from these people.

I felt like she was really listening and paying close attention. She had me do some tests for carpal tunnel, assessed my posture, and answered all my questions so honestly and thoroughly that I immediately felt I was in knowledgeable and capable hands. I'm often not a big fan of deep pressure, sometimes it feels like therapists just try to smash though the muscle tension without much sensitivity, but with Mira I had total trust to go deep. She has such a great technical knowledge that every point she went into felt right, like really right, like not just nicey-nice feel nice but seriously mechanically right. She spent a luxuriously long time with each area she was working on and was patient with my body. It really was so wonderful to be attended to so thoroughly. I was wearing the ring that evening and still had it when I went to bed, but it was gone by morning when I began packing. The ring is approximately 3 carats total, including a 2 carat center stone. We searched the room thoroughly before leaving and rechecked all luggage again once we got home, with no success. My husband contacted the hotel and was told the morning staff would be asked. Given the value of this item, that response is not sufficient. A property at this level should have a clear, documented lost-and-found process with accountability, rather than relying on informal follow-up. We paid over $600 for a one-night stay. The level of urgency and communication so far does not reflect the seriousness of the situation. I am requesting that management conduct a formal review, including verification with housekeeping, review of lost-and-found records, and any applicable security procedures, and provide a direct, documented follow-up.
