But if you think about it, would you EVER want to start cleaning your home half way then try and remember what you did versus what you did not do? Right, we don't work like that [no woman ever does when it comes to cleaning our own homes]. So Jackie came to the house to assess the first initial deep clean, discuss my needs, my concerns, answer my questions. And I had to get a feel for what she was, how she was, who she was, and what kind of deal was taking place. I'm a weirdo, I fully admit this. I don't like strangers in my home, I don't like socializing in public. THIS IS MY SANCTUARY. And truth be told I'm a stage 5 klinger. Once you have me as a client I may or may not be quite something to deal with. I know high maintenance when I see it [and I'm it..no shame in my game]. When I found this service on Yelp, they were one of two narrowed down, and quite frankly I just liked what they had to say, so they got the bid, pure and simple. AND when I asked her about her staff [because I was worried about turnover in todays economy and the service industry] she was a little taken aback. BUT she defended her staff and TRULY likes her staff, and her retention rate was great, she mentioned. Okay, I will take her on her word. In comes the first deep clean..here we go. She warned me it was a FULL day.. and it was. When I tell you there were no less than 10 people in this house top and bottom floors, I'm not joking. I watched them like bees in a hive. I've owned rental properties throughout the Midwest, I've retained MANY move in, move out and continual cleaning services. But I have never seen what they did. None of them spoke a word. Yet in tandem, did things I never even thought to do. There was no weird odor, no smell, no chit chat, no laughing no talking no nonsense. This group was HERE TO DO A JOB. I sat here, in my chair, in AWE and watched as [what I call kids..all in their 20's and 30's] worked like a successful unit. Here is the truth-I was exhausted. It almost brought tears to my eyes. Watching my home being transformed into something immaculate, my sanctuary becoming spotless. One by one cleaning and picking up as they went, by the end of an 8 hour day they were gone and I had not recognized my home by clock out time. What they did, SHE SAID THEY WOULD DO. No sitting on their phones, no loud music, no TEXTING, NO TALKING TO ONE ANOTHER WASTING TIME.. I was so appreciative you have no idea. I watched them ALL like hawks, but there was ZERO to watch for. It has been months now, and today was my cleaning day. You will not know they are there. You will not know they are gone. I am still in awe, I am STILL as grateful as ever and they will have a lifelong client as long as they are in business. This is a 100% factual based review. I have no skin in this game, I do not know them, but I will tell you this. THEY ARE A PHENOMENAL BUSINESS MODEL. And you would be foolish not to try to secure their services.

The communication was so good. They texted me the night before and were exited to do my project. They were on time. I was home. Didn't even know they were here as I was working in my office. They didn't interrupt me (but they totally could have) during my work time. They had a full crew here. I supplied the bark and edging. Went out to see if they needed anything. They didn't. They were all smiling and so friendly. Then, got a call saying they were done and invited me to come out and see everything. The super nice girl, (professionally dressed in a work uniform) literally took me around and showed me the amazing DRIP system and showed me ALL PLANTS where getting water. They set the timer and even moved my valve box to a different location (my bad, I sprung a last minute glitch in the plan) and had the valve box set up nice so no critters could get in etc. They cleaned up so nicely can't even tell they were here. They are my 3rd try at using Yelp. I've actually saved them in my contacts as "The only irrigation to use ever" in my phone. Trust me.. no regrets. I am satisfied. No worries going with these guys for DRIP, valve box stuff, weedblock install, and lawn edging. Did see a sample of a water fall feature. Was insane with a miniature golf course around it. Cents a pound with mixed debri such as wood and grass in it. An older pair of brothers were working when we arrived and they went right to helping us unload our dirt and made the process quick they were very friendly as well.

I find this place is very unique but very odd in some of its practices with recycling but all I can say is it gets the job done very well. Been coming here so many times over the years to get rid of some of my extra yard clippings / branches or even some recycling items for some extra cash in my pocket. They seem by far the most reasonable and low cost on dumping my loads and give out some real good cash for my recyclables like paper or cardboard. I'm going to say this is one of the best and most oriented type recycling places in town which is by far easy to say because they will work with you to help with your heavier items if in need. The employees seem very friendly and always eager to help you which is a plus overall in the customer service area. I would say, You can't go wrong coming here and this facility deserve 5-stars overall because of their duty of keeping the streets clean and help keep back yards looking like better. P.S.
