He had specific testing equipment to accurately measure different aspects of our pool's chemistry, and then to see exactly how to treat it to bring it into safer ranges. This was not being done with our previous service, so our chems were way off. Over the next 24-36 hours, he executed a plan to remediate the chemistry of our pool. And it worked! He spent another hour here cleaning and assessing hardware so we have an idea what will be done moving forward. Now I have peace of mind. Bob himself is knowledgeable and courteous. His pricing is reasonable and so far, we are off to a great start! Highly recommend - solid business operator, strong technical knowledge.

It was a problem my previous pool service guy had tried to fix several times without success. After Jesus repaired the heater, he evaluated the overall condition of our pool -- which was in bad shape with black algae and constantly looking dirty -- and explained exactly what needed to be done to bring it back to life. After seeing how knowledgeable and reliable Jesus was, we decided to switch to him for our regular pool maintenance -- and it's made a huge difference! Our saltwater pool is now completely algae-free and looks better than it ever has. Francisco came by, took his time to carefully analyze the situation, and within minutes figured out the real problem. It wasn't a clog at all--it was my skimmer basket causing a vortex that sent too much air to the pump, which is why I was losing pressure. What really impressed me was his honesty. He could've easily told me it was a clog or made up some costly repair, but instead he explained everything clearly and gave me the real solution. That kind of integrity is rare these days, and it means a lot to me as a homeowner.
