Clearly each company establishes parameters and discounts for using the service. Previously i was using Charles schwab and the app on my PC was rather cumbersome to use and the fees were higher because they did not administer my 401k account. Fidelity the app on my phone and on the laptop make it easy to understand and dive for info and research. I would highly recommend them as a financial advisor or as a 401k administrator. I have them since September 2023 and i dont think i would change it, i like the way things are running now.

The whole reason I ended up with this insurance company among many other options was the amazing agent I worked with, Jim Heins. He was very professional, responsive, friendly and overall he was amazing to work with. He was the first one to call me when I submitted a few quotes and he followed up the next day as I told him that I needed to finalize it within 2 days. While I got a good rate from Jim, at one point I received slightly cheaper options from one of the other companies, I was busy at work, so I thought, you know what it is worth paying the extra as I trusted that he will deliver it on time, I appreciate the personal service and I can cross out one more thing from my to do list. Overall I highly recommend Jim and this branch of Allstate and I will definitely go back to them for my future needs! Thank you Jim Heins!

Update: I am finally out of debt! I just wanted to go in…read moreand update my review after 5 years lol! It took me a little longer than I'd originally planned, because there were several months when I would call Navicore and tell them not to take my payment out of my bank account this month due to WHATEVER, and that pushed back getting my creditors paid off in the original time. But that was a VERY helpful flexibility on the part of Navicore; there were some months I just could not do it. But, one by one, I got everyone paid off. I also took the Dave Ramsey course, and Navicore will do the "snowball method" to help you pay off your debt faster, if that's what you want them to do; once you get the first creditor paid off, they will offer to either reduce your monthly Navicore payment OR keep it the same and send the extra money each month towards one of your other debtors. It's fantastic!! I was always in a cash flow crunch, so I just always had them reduce down my monthly Navicore payment when we I got one of my debts paid off. But I finally did it! I finished and made my last Navicore payment in September of 2023. And they sent me a Completion Certificate in the mail- almost like I had "graduated" from Navicore:) Thanks, guys!!
