Upon walking in I was greeted immediately with friendly faces. The assistant manager Maureen came out immediately and introduces herself and asked what brought us in to Northfield , once I explained she and invited me into her office right away. She explained all types of accounts to me and all of their services. I am no familiar with a lot of banking information so to me this was extremely useful. Everything was explained in a simple manner that it didn't feel like she was just trying to up sell me like people at previous banks have made me feel. Once I figure out a few house keeping things I will most definitely be going to see Maureen and the rest of the friendly staff at this location. AND THE BEST PART WAS, there was hardly any wait at all. What a score these days when it comes to visiting banks I usually expect a headache by the time I leave however this experience was fantastic. I will be recommending Northfield bank to my friends! It is nice to know you can still get such great customer service in the crazy world we live in.

Not happy camper which was why I left. However signed back up because well Wells Fargo sucks overall. So to my surprise they no longer offer the coinstar. WHAT THE HECK TD?! I know it was because of a counting error but you don't throw out the whole thing, you FIX it. So when I found this out I was pretty pissed. But David at this branch was kind enough to help me wrap all of the change I'd collected. Patiently and friendly to make the time go by. But I would think about reinstating the coinstar for people who may depend on it.

Opening an account is easy and fast. If you need to use a teller, they too are fast and friendly. They call you by your first name and if your a regular they know who you are as soon as you walk in. The branch is always clean, including the bathroom. They are open 7 days a week, including late hours. Free coin counting, but only if you have an account, if not they charge a small nominal fee. Everyone tells you something different and blames the other telep who is not there at the moment. Corporate is just as useless to speak to and deal with, they state that the branch does not know what they're talking about either. Too bad on me my card was used fraudulently on Tuesday it is now Saturday and I do not have a new card nor any of the credits that were fraudulently charge on my card.

Helps you to keep your money secure? HAH! I've had one company fraudulently take money out of my account on TWO occasions now. Provident Customer Service told me essentially "too bad, work it out with them directly". I did not miss a single payment ever since I have credit score and it was all ruined because that that stupid autopay on their stupid website stopped working for 3 months and they flagged my report !!!!!! I started an auto loan with this company about a year ago, I did not know this company before, the car dealer asked me to use this company. I setup the autopay about a year ago. Then this year on June I found the my credit dropped 96 points and I then found out that my autopay just stopped working for 3 month already. I did not receive any notice that I missed payment and they just flagged me on my credit report. I immediately paid the whole amount and I called the customer service. I thought it will be easy since they can see clearly that my autopay stopped 3 month ago, all they need to do is just cancel the flag. But they replied that they totally understand my situation so they will remove the late fee. BUT according to their stupid rules, it is not their fault, a late pay is a late pay, there's nothing they can do about the flag on my credit. I then calls the customer service to find out how to set up autopay on their stupid website. It takes almost 30 mins for they own customer service to find the autopay settings. I just received my dispute result. My credit increased 39 points after the dispute but the late pay is still there. I got an late than 30 days payment record for no reason. I am going to dispute again this just makes no sense.

Each time I come into bank there they always ask me how I am doing and how they can help me either with banking needs or just in life, Laura and Cherry have been an inspiration to me and anyone who goes to the Santander Bank I would recommend them to talk to either Laura or Cherry because they go out of their way to help each customer and everyone they meet is treated with respect. They are the best employees at this bank and the best people to deal with.
