I can finally give hope, proof, security & pride in a bank my fiancé discovered & was able to have unlimitted trust, safety, security & satisfaction from many different employess at Santander Bank. America as we know it is changing right before our eyes between scams, selfishness, mistrust, lack of support & customer service and feeling of protection, security & apart of company's pride in their clients. Each day Americans are facing lack of security, respect, voice, trust, and truth in areas of our lives where we should feel security the most. I promise those who are sick of not being heard, doubted, given the round about and feeling anxiety of their saftey of money being secured and protected instead of having to babysit in their banks they promise you protection this review is for you.
I have had bank accounts at TD, Wells Fargo and First Atlantic Bank. Each one of these banks promised me their security, backing, and promise of protection of money I worked hard for & opened accounts to thinking I can trust them to help me keep fraud & money stolen from myself. I am a young, single, multiple jobs, living paycheck to paycheck & especially trusting American woman. All of these banks I gave the chance to keep their motto & trust in giving them a chance to help me protect money I earned by working hard and multiple jobs to discover their weakness, security, customer service & trust. How is it that each of these banks I have attempted to trust are anything but what they give their word to.
I have not only had fraud several times in multiple different accounts in each bank,had to be the one who reported it before my banks "security" came across, but had to fight their security hired employees to prove my innocence & have my voice, stolen money, and bank loyalty disrespected & treated like I was the one responsible instead of victim. Working multiple jobs, having one day off, and being a woman who was a victim of ptsd, rape, mental and physical abuse trying not to be homeless gave too much trust thinking these banks would be able to with their resources, security branches, and abilities of online tracking to ensure security in American Banking. It ended up not only unsolved fraudulent charges that were a clear pattern, unfortunatley making become bankrupt, in debt, and having to take each day to surviv.
After my third bank account ending at Wells Fargo I thought I would never be able to have a bank I would be able to trust or respect ever again. Santander Bank not only gave my peace of mind, trust, security, but a new light in hope that Americas Banking still has a chance of being possible. If it was not for my fiance Eric U. in educating, proving & Santanders actions of trust, respect, and security, I would have never thought of even think about having a bank account ever again in America.
Santander Bank not only gives you the support, promise & hard working employees in all their different branches in their bank, they make you feel that all your concerns, actions and choice of choosing them as your moneys safety matters & are great full for it. If it was not for the hard working employees at Santander Customer Security names Raul & David we would be filled with depression, anxiety, lost money, and continuous false charges to my fiancés account and money that was earned, needed, and secured drained.
Amazon market, Zip, Enterprise and whoever else was in on this unbelievably corrupted, misguided, and dishonest attempts to act as a trusting company lacked in a major guarantee Santander Bank guarantees, communication, voice & security.
Zip tried convincing they had our fraud under control- lack of questions answered, guarantees, and trust but being a well known company believed they can take Americans during their weakest moments and tell them not to get their bank involved and they had an investigation open hoping ppl who were desperate would listen & trust a company well known to do the right thing. " You never really know a person" is a perfect example on how actions are more evident than words.
In conclusion, I know how easy it is to be in a rhythm, trust ppl who are high end in this country, and not wanting to have to make change because it is both mentally and physically difficult to change your daily life that is already stressful & to have to take on more difficulties is harder then going through routine each day to survive. I can promise you, changing your banking to Santander Bank you will not only have less depression, anxiety & lack of security- a simple change of banking with Santander will give you your voice, trust, safety of living & any other future investments a chance they deserved from the start when choosing your banking.
