most of the staff is great one guy who started working there or maybe came from another store turned off the western an hour before closing which I've never seen anyone else do and couldn't pick up and send $ so didn't think that was cool. Hope the other people take over his shifts read more

I did not expect to have this done in 30 days but locked my rate anyways. My refi was complicated in that I was trying to get my ex's name off of the note and I had a second note I did not want rolled in. There were numerous (about 10 times I had to find various paperwork and explain deposits and payments in my accounts). I have a 760 score on credit which is OK. They extended my rate lock twice and following 3 months of waiting closing was finally completed. It really was a painless process, loan officer Jason Nugent was always timely (within 24 hours, usually within 4) of answering any questions I submitted by e-mail. He also called me on the phone to keep me updated a number of times. Overall I am extremely pleased as out of pocket closing cost was only 1300.00, Quicken quoted 9500.
