Although the Tech Rep was very polite and friendly, he told me my Quicken file was 72.96% corrupted and my system could crash if not corrected. He offered different payment plans and I said I absolutely could not afford that. He finally told me he could repair my problem for $149.00 for 90 days of service. And I very reluctantly and stupidly accepted. I AM ASKING FOR MY MONEY TO BE RETURNED. As of this morning I was still having problems with Quicken. My bank actually corrected my problem today! It appears as though your tech rep did nothing to my "corrupted" data file. It looked as if he did. He uninstalled and reinstalled Quicken. He also had access to all the passwords on my computer and all my financial information, which I know for sure because I could see him looking at it. the service he was offering. I WAS SCAMMED!

Stay away from these GEEKs and call your accountant most likely he is a platinum user and will have access to all services and support for you. That's what I did. Stay local. Be smart.
