So many little blunders. They didn't bother to reset the maintenance due light. You can't miss it in my vehicle it's constantly flashing away. While we waited for the permit, he always took our calls as we were deciding on materials and colors (before he received a signed contract). Once we received the permit, he was able to start the pier within 4-6 weeks - which is a short time frame. A barge has to be loaded with the equipment and floated to the house. Many neighbors had stories of having to wait for their pier guy (not Andy) for months! His crew works hard and always leaves the work site neat and clean. It was then completed in a timely manner as well and the results are beautiful! Multiple neighbors have told us how substantial and nice looking the pier is! Andy always did what he said he would do and came in on budget. He worked with and coordinated schedules with the electrician which kept the project on track. I highly recommend A G Development!
