I've been through some used motors (old two strokes OX66) and have had my share of repairs and maintenance, I bought a brand new Yamaha 175 from Ingman in november, I have been blown away by the attention to detail and professionalism of their service staff. i've never seen this level of service in my whole time in this industry. I went in for my hundred hour service, Dang! they greased and lubed stuff I never even noticed. The friendly and knowledgeable service manager Devon got me in there quick and made concessions due to my business, thank you sir, and Vinnie the Yamaha motor tech is brilliant young mechanic who has a winning attitude, professional demeanor and he knows his stuff. Thank you Ingman Marine for doing such a great job! At first I was somewhat apprehensive, assuming that going to a dealership shop, perhaps I would be overcharged or brushed off to the side with my old boat, BUT, that was not the case!They were very fair with the charges and their level of service is a great value, like no other mechanic/service I've ever experienced, I'm looking forward to returning to Ingman Marine by the airport for all my Yamaha outboard maintenance in the future.

From start to finish, they treated us as if we were buying a brand-new vessel. After selling our Ranger Tug R25, we began the search for a larger boat. We looked at several brands, but ultimately decided to stay with the Fluid Motion family of boats. Edgewater had the largest selection of used and brokered boats in one location, giving us the opportunity to compare Ranger Tug, Cutwater, and Solaris models side by side--making the decision process much easier. Additionally, the boss's reaction was frustration towards US and said the boat was costing HIM money because he couldn't get another boat in for service. Not sure why he's mad at us about his work, but that's what happened. ‍ He did admit the work was terrible and unacceptable, although continued placing blame on everyone else. It's easy to see sh*t trickling downhill... They are putting the boat in the water immediately and never touching it again. One of the worst experiences I've had with ANY type of business in my life. Boat had damaged hull (fiberglass) and rub rail replaced. I have plenty of pictures of the work if anyone would like to see them.
