Ron did a 100 hour engine tune-up, replaced the prop shaft and provided a loaner prop while my prop was being refurbished. He provided the loaner so I could use the boat to entertain visiting guests. Once the prop was refurbished, he came to my location and installed. He did all his work with a pleasant, service-oriented attitude and in a timely manner. I run about 200 charters a year, that's a ton of hours on a motor, about 300 a year, I've run Yamaha outboards the whole time. I've been through some used motors (old two strokes OX66) and have had my share of repairs and maintenance, I bought a brand new Yamaha 175 from Ingman in november, I have been blown away by the attention to detail and professionalism of their service staff. i've never seen this level of service in my whole time in this industry. I went in for my hundred hour service, Dang! they greased and lubed stuff I never even noticed. The friendly and knowledgeable service manager Devon got me in there quick and made concessions due to my business, thank you sir, and Vinnie the Yamaha motor tech is brilliant young mechanic who has a winning attitude, professional demeanor and he knows his stuff. Thank you Ingman Marine for doing such a great job! At first I was somewhat apprehensive, assuming that going to a dealership shop, perhaps I would be overcharged or brushed off to the side with my old boat, BUT, that was not the case!They were very fair with the charges and their level of service is a great value, like no other mechanic/service I've ever experienced, I'm looking forward to returning to Ingman Marine by the airport for all my Yamaha outboard maintenance in the future.
