Empathy and morality now lack in the automotive world, at Lex Tech that is not the case. I like to turn my own wrench, and rarely trust anybody to work on my vehicle - my vehicle was making a noise I could not diagnose other than my own intuition, and wanted to verify what the problem was before throwing parts at my Tundra. Glenn (Owner) and his mechanic were honest, transparent, and knowledgeable about everything - but more so were honest on pricing and avoided any hidden costs, fee's, markups, etc. to get me rolling once more. There are not many shops that will give you ALL options on how to move forward with a repair, but LexTech does exactly that. The part prices are "steep" - but they are all Toyota factory Original Equipment. There is an age old saying "buy once, cry once" - the factory parts serve the legendary reliability of Toyota justice, there is a reason the owner provides this option. I called them and they were able to work my small issue in the same day. They really know trailers, from axels, bearings, brakes to tow and hitch equipment. Their bread and butter is boat trailers, but they had the experience and knowledge to help me out and did without batting an eye. Maggie (front desk) and Jeff were super helpful, kind and treated me like I was a part of the family, doing some extra work like checking joints and functionality of all the moving parts even though they definitely didn't have to.
