Called in for an appointment in 30 minutes. Had to wait for ~15 minutes on the chair, but fair, considering the late call. They had massage chairs and turn it on while you're sitting for a pedicure. The chairs are much comfier and larger than the usual salon chairs offered. Their pricing was very fair and transparent. 35$ for pedicure + removal. I got charged 30$ instead, I assume for not wanting polish. I've had several previous experiences with similar types of salons that misguide you on pricing, sometimes overcharging. The quality from my tech was pretty good! She was friendly, super efficient, rechecked with me my length, shape, etc multiple times, and even redid some steps that she saw she missed. I've now been here 5 times and don't think I'll ever go to another nail salon! I had never gotten sns nails before here but I love that they last as long as acrylic or gel x but can wear my natural nails and it's less expensive! The salon is very open and clean (even the bathroom is nice haha) and I appreciate that it's appointment only so I've never had to wait to be seen. Parking is easy and they accept card, zelle, Venmo, cash, etc and don't demand cash like a lot of other salons (although I try to bring cash when I can). Saeid the owner is very kind and accommodating with scheduling and also sends a confirmation text before appointments. Owner Saeed is very RUDE! Doesn't greet people,sends a confirmation text the night before your appointment with rules. Kids not allowed, people with no appoinment not allowed. No pets, no food, he forgot to mention you need to learn Vietnamese to communicate with techs. It was a page long text with do's and donts. My nails were wet and messed up after 3 hours, mind you I have 2 important events this weekend. I call him he says your problem for not getting gel. I've been getting regular polish for 40 years, never had this problem. He said you stressed out my tech. She didnt know how to file or shape. Im to nice for giving this lady a 20% tip she didnt deserve and ruined my toes. He said that his ladies were overwhelmed because they didnt know how to do their job! Hes a snob, please dont go to him and if you do, please remember I told you so. He seems abusive and the nail techs seem soooo scared. I know I was terrified of him sitting at the desk staring at everyone. most of the one star reviews state that hes akward which he is. I think he's a thief! Then he replies to the reviews with NASTY responses and lies. I threw away $105.00. He wouldn't refund my money. I asked for a receipt because I paid in cash and he denied it. Hes probably not paying taxes. I also called the Police department and asked if they could go inside with me? They said sure, just call us when you arrive and ask for us to make the peace and we could assist in getting your receipt. Heidi was very nice and sweet but the owner was a jerk. He misquoted me on the price for my nail length and when I called him out on the misquote he was rude, became prejudice towards me, tried to stereotype me and said I couldn't afford it. Although I did not get the length he quoted me for before the service, he instead said he was charging me for her time. I told him I was paying for her time and service via her Tip and I shouldn't have to pay extra for the nail length I never got. He is a liar and bad businessman. He was so rude that I just put my shoes on and got up and left. Just to make it very clear before we get to all of the negative stuff: the nail tech who did my nails was really nice and did a good job. Five stars for her and her kindness. I wish I could say the same about the owner. Prior to my appointment, I got a long text message about everything that isn't allowed, including arriving early, bringing friends (I'm sorry, do you not want potential future clients?) and pets. That's fair, a lot of places don't allow pets. So, I show up for my SNS nail appointment with my service dog, and I'm greeted by the owner who asks for my name after I say I have an appointment at 11 am. Then he looks at my dog and our interaction proceeds like this: Owner: Can you leave him in the car? Me: He's a service animal. Owner: I texted you, check your phone. It says no pets allowed. Me: Yes, I read that, but the message doesn't say no service dogs, it says no pets. Owner: *shoots pointed look at my dog* Yes. Me: Umm... A service dog is not a pet. Owner: Please, can you leave him in the car? We've had bad experiences before. Me: No, especially because I had to park far away because of all the construction around here. If he needs to go, then I'll also go. Owner: *shoots me a very annoyed look, then sighs heavily* Fine, sit here. Just this time. Next time, he's not allowed. Me: He's a service dog, I need him to stay with me at all times. So, I guess I won't be coming back. Owner: *ignores me and walks away to fetch my nail tech* Side note: my service dog is a 7.6 lbs Havanese mix who stayed on my lap the whole time. Side note #2: I even showed the owner my dog's Service Animal ID, which I'm not required to do. Just because my disability isn't physically obvious in any way, it doesn't mean that I don't need my service animal with me at all times. He wasn't wearing his service animal vest because he's not required to, but I did have other documentation with me, which I've literally never had to show before. I guess next time I'll need to leave my disability in the car as well, right? Oh wait, there won't be a next time. I will be reporting this to the ADA. read more

My experience here with Mary, who has been taking care of my nails, with the same boring SNS colors that I chose out of 1000s of other colors, has been such a real pleasure every visit! I can not happier with healthy long nails, not having to put them under UV lights, or not having to have the SNS chiseled down like all other places. There is so much care and craftsmanship in her work, I am lucky to have this place and Mary. Soooo... I am an LA transplant by way of the GREAT state of Texas and this was my first time getting my nails done here. It's pretty hard letting go of your nail tech who you've grown to love and trust to start all over and find someone new. After giving up on searching, I stumbled on this place and decided to give it a try. I called to ask about prices for their dip powder (they call it SNS out here) and the owner let me know that it was $40. Reasonable I'd assume as it's LA (...it's normally $30 in Dallas). I was able to schedule an appointment for that moment after letting him know I was 10 mins away. At first, I wasn't able to do a pedi, but he kindly called me back and said that they could put me in. Upon arrival, your temperature is taken and asked to wash your hand (yes!!). You're then seated and your services begin. I didn't get the name of the woman who did my pedicure, but she did take her time and paid attention to detail. My nail tech for the day was Mary. Boy!! Upon meeting her you can tell she's hip to the game and fly! She was dress to the 9s and had her red bottoms and nice jewelry on. She was so kind and pleasant. She asked me questions and ensured I was ok with the shape and color as she continued. She did a good job for a simple session. One negative, I might add is that I had to pay $15 extra for one hand to add tips since my right hand nails were super short. That was ridiculous in my decision. My total for the trip was $100 here's my break down: SNS Takedown: $45 Tips: $15 Regular Pedi: $25 Gel: $15 -- The pedi and gel is comparable. It was the tips and having to pay to soak off that was different. But, hey... when in Rome! What was missing was the hospitality aspect (drink(s), please?). All and all, I plan to visit Mary again because I enjoyed her vibes and work. Went here last week last minute for gel manicure. I was convinced to try this thing called sns nail dip. Had no clue what is was I just heard it last longer and looks better so I told them let's do it. They came out great I fell in love with the colors and the tech was sooo sweet to me. I ended up tipping her 30.00 for making me so happy. The part I didn't like was I made an appointment for the following day to do lashes. I left 70 as my deposit - it's only 50.00 I just had an extra 20 on me. I let the lash tech know I wanted classic super thin nothing dramatic. I also asked if she could do cat eye shape She brushed off everything I was asking for and said it will have to be full for the first time and after a couple days you'll have the classic look. I was a bit nervous and said ok that seems logical I also tried to show her a reference photo and she brushed it off and asked me to just lay down As I laid down she immediately started putting lashes on . She did not wash or clean my eyelids/lashes prior to starting. I didn't want things to get awkward so I kept quite about it but inside I was shriveling in a sense. When I got up I was staring so long in the mirror because it looked nothing like I wanted. I told her it was pretty because it was pretty and she did her job. She just didn't do the job I wanted. it was too dramatic the lashes are dark and thick so my brown head of hair and brown eyebrows don't match these black lashes -_- that was my first question was color matching and since they didn't the classic look should have been all she did and they wouldn't be so dark and thick looking I'm sorry but if a client is asking and paying for something they want I think it's best to do it or say you can't. It's not fair to the customer I'll be back for my nails 100% as for the lashes if I could rip these off I would lol read more

Paid 70 dollars for dip + design. Tipped $15 so paid $85 total. Liked the design initially under the bright lights of the manicure light but when I left realized it's very hard to see otherwise.
