I can not recommend a business more highly than Pro Car Buyers/Mechanics. What really stands out…read moreabout this group is their professionalism, honesty, desire to do what is in their customer's best interest, patience and price. I bought my car from them after receiving a recommendation from my brother. He shopped around and felt there was no comparison between the others and the guys at Pro Car Buyers. Let me paint a picture for you on their level of service and honesty. After speaking with them about my job, which requires quite a bit of driving, and my personal needs, I settled on a used car on their lot. I showed up with a check, intent to buy that car. Ethan, one of the co-owners, would not allow me to buy the car because, based on my needs, he did not feel the car would be reliable over the long-term. Two weeks later, he had an even better car waiting for me. Can you imagine such a thing at a used car dealership? Since then, I have used them for service and have always been pleased with the prices and service. They always take the time to educate me on what exactly is wrong and they always advise me in a way that takes my needs into account. Ethan, Carlos and Sam all provide tremendous service and all their mechanics do an outstanding job!

I will be needing tires soon, and Julio assured me they would price match, so I am planning to be back by the end of the year.

Weird but I just brought my car in so why would there be an issue? Bring my car to Jiffy a few days later- turns out the maintenance team never tightened the drain plug and I was about to run out of engine oil. Don't recommend coming back since this almost damaged my car when it had no issues before. I'm going to be honest and respectable about the services needed in order to accomplish the purchase of my lease. This review may not apply to all but I hope you get an idea of the staff's business ethics. I went to 2 Infiniti dealerships in order to complete my option to buy. I will write a separate review for that particular dealership. I love my car, I love everything about it and I wanted to purchase it when my lease was up. Now as a person who isn't a celebrity, of course I need to watch the pennies. I knew my credit union was going to offer me a great interest rate so obviously anyone would take the offer and run with it. We are all struggling since the pandemic and every penny counts. The first dealership person (R) I went to denied me that opportunity. He made it seem like it was a policy not to deal with credit unions and it clearly was not. SHAME ON YOU - SEE THAT POST on a different review. Anyhoo, I called Van Nuys Infiniti and Mitch answered the call. He was personable and very accommodating. We scheduled an appointment and when I went in he was informative all the way through. I went through a few staff members and they were just as pleasant. At the end I was taken back with the friendliness and honesty the staff was exhibiting throughout the process. Thank you Mitch! Thank you Infiniti Van Nuys. I am a loyal customer for life@!

We explained what was going on and that we needed him run the diagnostic on it to figure out the exact issue when we dropped it off Saturday morning. He said he'd call me in the afternoon after he did it. So I call late in the afternoon (30 minutes before the close) and he told me that the problems was in my starting circuit. And he could do it to the tune of $160-170. He said he'd have to start on Monday. Understandable. I asked if it would be done on Monday. He said yes. I work over 100 miles away from my residence. I leave at 5am, and usally don't get back until 6:30 or so (if I'm lucky). I took off work based on what he told me, so that I could pick up the car and pay him when it was done. I call on Monday @ 11 to see what time he'd be done. He tells me he's gonna start on it. He needs more time because he want's to be sure what the problem is. Why would you tell me it's going to be done on a specific day for a specific price if you don't even know what's wrong with it? If he had been honest, I wouldn't have taken off work and lost an entire day's pay. Now I need to find someone else to take it to, and waste more of my time and money.

There was no deposit and no need to refuel the loaner after its use. I shared that as feedback after my recent Lexus service. My service advisor Sergio was great and I said that clearly in my text to Kim. My only feedback was that I was surprised by the rental process requiring a deposit and gas refill, and that the rental had ants in it. That was it. While I was texting that feedback back, Kim from Client Experience was leaving me a voicemail. She didn't hang up properly, so the voicemail captured her reading my text out loud and criticizing it with colleagues in the background. It was very disappointing. I was not rude at all, I was giving honest feedback when asked. Feedback is not actually welcomed here. I still appreciate Sergio, but this shows why AI is replacing these jobs. An automated operator would have more care and given a better response, even with no solution. They hide unfavorable reviews on Google.
