Pier 88 in Manhattan is def one of the smoother cruise ports I've been to! I've been here 2x now, &…read moreboth times everything was running pretty smoothly. Compared to the Miami cruise port, this place is not choatic @ all.The employees do a good job directing traffic & keeping everything moving, which makes a huge difference.
