Initially, my experience was positive, they promptly filed my court documents, and I appreciated their quick work at the beginning of the process. Unfortunately, communication came to a complete stop after that. Over the following month, I sent multiple follow-up emails, made several phone calls, and left a voicemail requesting an update on the status of my service request. Despite these efforts, I generally received no response and no information regarding whether service attempts had been made or what the next steps would be. I understand that service of process is not always straightforward and that delays can occur. My concern was not the delay itself, but the lack of communication. Even a brief update would have been appreciated and would have given me confidence that my case was still being handled. Because I was unable to obtain any solid information after more than a month, I ultimately decided to retain another process server to avoid further delays in my court matter. I hope the company improves its communication with clients, as timely updates are especially important when people are relying on process service for legal proceedings.

There was not a single question unanswered and every explanation was with authority and real-life experience to address any concerns we had. Kerry and her team were very thorough and relentless to give us the best experience and working documents to properly execute our final wishes and best financial position for the Trust. Unfortunately, my Father-in-Law passed during our time working together and Kerry provided consultation on a few serious issues with my husband. Again, clear information and common-sense explanations that really put my husband as ease. I would highly recommend using Kerry and her team at People's Legal Docs.

As usual it couldn't have gone smoother. First off, she charges a flat fee, so you know what you're paying up front, no added cost, which I really appreciate this day and age. Her and her company made it beyond easy to understand and figure out what was best for me and my assets and to help my family easily deal with my items incase something happens to me. I went through something similar and difficult to sort out when my mother passed and didn't want my family to go through the same type of headache to deal with my assets. Kerry and her team went through their process to get everything together and listed out all my choices and ways I could deal with it. It was so easy, and didn't take long or take too much of my valuable time to get done. It was one office visit, two phone call meetings and one final signing meeting in the office. She filed everything with the county and courts, took care of everything for me. Everything was handled with care, professionalism, and ease, what else could you ask for. Then at the end, I received a beautiful leather bound binder with everything organized beautifully for my family to be able to find anything they needed easily. I was extremely please, yet again, with Kerry Spence and her company, fantastic experience and would highly recommend her to anyone needing to do a Will or Living Trust. All I can say is if you don't use Kerry, you're making a big mistake :) Thanks again Kerry, you're the best!

I reached out to her to assist with a difficult, personal, legal matter and she immediately knew what actions to take. When I say Laura is remarkable, I mean it, in so many ways. She understands the court systems, how to expedite matters, and is compassionate and caring, dealing with the emotional components that come up in legal proceeding. Laura is a true professional and a person I can count on, she has gone out of her way for me, and I am very appreciative. With Laura as my LDA, I can relax; knowing everything is under control, all the court dates are tracked, legal document complete and she followings up to make sure all required services are completed in a timely and responsible manner. Court processes and procedures can be confusing and difficult to understand; however, Laura knows her profession well, she navigated my case through the system in a very efficient manner. She will do the same for you! I could not be happier with her work and I highly recommend Laura to anyone is facing a legal situation

Custody battles can be incredibly stressful and Jeremy was a sound advisor, a great listener, and really understood all the problems my family was being faced with. I truly appreciated his ability to see what was going on and to lay down the groundwork for boundaries that were essential for myself and the other party to come to an agreement. He was also very responsive to any questions I might have and knew the ins-and-outs of the Marin County family court system quite well, which is so important in custody cases. I will forever be grateful for his guidance and I would not hesitate to recommend him. Thank you, Jeremy!

My interaction wasn't helpful, no results were achieved but lots of time spent, after paying around $2k for consults and $5k for consult fee, prior to signing consult fee I've asked if that consult fee will go toward retainer if he will decide to take my case. Later I've been asked to pay approx $20-25k retainer if I'd like to move forward and those $5k wouldn't go toward it. I didn't have that money they returned me what wasn't used in a month or so($3k). After I wrote a google review Ms Castro started sending me emails asking to remove a review in exchange for "settling financial dispute" to not hurt their small family business. I though she means well and wrote her email explaining how interaction with their business hurt my case and my children. To which I received primary gpt generated one page response which I felt kinda ironic and disrespectful. From my experience if you'd meet an attorney who's on the fence to take your case instead of spending money to convince them better spend that time and money to find someone who'd fight for your family. If anyone have solid lawyer recommendations please send them my way. Tnx Reply2Jeremy: I keep receiving messages from Daniela Castro about removing my review that I posted months ago. This is opposite from good customer service. I wouldn't even post the first review if your office wouldn't insist on posting review.
