First time orderers receive a 30% discount, and second time receive 20%. I can't speak on the pre rolls or any of that as I just got edibles to help with sleeping issues I've been having. I'm new to this so the prices seem fine to me, but I have nothing to compare it to. When you walk in, you're in a fairly small lobby and need to show your ID to the front desk person. Then you have to wait to be called back. A little slow but they were pretty good otherwise. All in all I had a good first experience.

I had some definite issues with timeliness and responsiveness but, ultimately, Mike, the owner of this business, went so far beyond what I've typically experienced in customer service, professionalism, and responsiveness, to make everything work that a 5 star review is a no-brainer. Everything worked out fine. I think you learn infinitely more about an individual's (or a business's) integrity from the challenging circumstances than from the easy, successful ones, and I learned that at the least, the owner of this business has a lot of integrity and professionalism.
