realized I placed the wrong order tender never completely told me the product and what it was , called and the lady was very very rude and talking over me when I was still talking and interrupting me mid sentence. First time today this location is the best, plenty of good priced bud seriously. Friendly service , nice music funny and cool ass staff, will I return of course! I started off with 5 stars but I am changing it to 2 after what just happened. Me and my girlfriend always go in together and purchase together. My girlfriend went in alone while I waited in the car because I'm not feeling good. She got Omar as a bud tender and was telling him what she wanted and simply said "we don't like butter". He talks to my girlfriend for about 10 mins while she picks out what she wanted. She said we and us the entire time with no issues. Omar than goes in the back, grabs the dabs she wants, comes out waves it around and says I can't sell this to you. He then acts as if my girlfriend isn't standing there asking the other employees if he has to sell to her which another employee said yes just sell it to her.. He proceeded to cause a scene making my girlfriend very uncomfortable and when she went to defend herself after being verbally attacked he made it seem like the police needed to be called. Employees like this need to be fired. It is not okay to cause a scene and call people out for no reason. There is better ways to go about things. She wasn't purchasing weed for somebody else she was purchasing it for herself and simply stated that we both didn't like the butter. We are both also patients. he could have kindly whispered to my girlfriend the policy where she could have gently explain to him that she understood the policy that she was buying the items for herself and only stated that she was saying we don't like it because I have purchased butter too. This is a MEDICAL dispensary and treating patients like that is wrong. Some of us have mental disabilities and actually need medical marijuana to keep ourselves calm and causing a scene like that at a medical place is sickening. Unbelievable. in the beginning they super deals n ran good flower every week for bulk prices. since inception the top tier flower is always 360 an ounce in the start they ran for 250 n 230 for rocket fuel etc n top tier items. now they never put a top tier on sale for bulk ,usually tier two n one only read more
