This is the Mushroom House in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Cincinnati. The employees were very helpful and flexible dealing with the kids. We brought birthday cake with us and they were able to store it in another fridge till the room available.There were party before us, they clean out most of stuff but of course they still plenty to clean up. The employee clean them up throughly, wipe everything down, bring the cake out and place them in the small fridge in the room. They even bring us a pack of water. We are totally coming in couple weeks for another playdate. Surely recommend to everyone.

For example, we were supposed to start at 1, but most of the time we ended up starting around 1:30 because of practice time and any resets we had to do. The alley staff had to reset our lanes multiple times due to the aforementioned scoring issues.
