From other reviews, and my experience I can tell you the one thing in common with unhappy clients -…read morethe money gouging. As many others who have written reviews, I too felt I was taken advantage of at this practice. After being told I paid in full I received a near $700.00 bill. Flabbergasted, I called and talked to Wendy who then took no accountability and blamed my insurance for the "miscommunication". After waiting weeks to hear back from Wendy about reducing my bill, I finally reached out again to hear the same answer back about it being my insurance's fault. Hours of phone calls and emails and I can tell you, it was indeed not my insurance's fault - the practice completely misquoted me. Sadly, I would not recommend. Paying an out of pocket cost I was not informed of tells me that this practice focuses on the dollars in their pocket rather than the care their patients receive. The lack of transparency about payments is unethical and they need to change how they quote immediately. As someone who herself has compiled quotes in a medical office, there is no excuse for this. This is the simplest form of bait and switch ploy. To back this 1 star review up even more - my whole experience was anything but smooth. I had three moles removed the same day. It felt rushed and pressured. I didn't even know I was getting them removed that day until billing came in. One mole was on my foot. They did not stitch and wrap it properly and I ended up bleeding through my shoe in Walgreens picking up my prescription. This then led me to passing out in Walgreens. Yes. So fun. I called the Dr. to say I didn't think the bleeding was normal. They had me come back and offered to add more stitches to the toe RAW! No numbing! I declined saying that sounds painful and preferred it to be wrapped instead. The healing process was anything but pleasant but the stitch removal was one of the most painful experiences of my life. The type of pain you grimace just thinking about for days and weeks later. Honestly, the pain from the suture removal comes second under kidney stones for me. I didn't expect this experience to be pleasant but I certainly didn't expect it to be this traumatic. So no, I do not recommend.

Unresolved Issues and Unprofessional Response…read more I had surgery with Dr. Bruneteau at Aesthetic Surgical Images in Omaha in 2018. Unfortunately, I have lived with the physical and emotional consequences of that surgery ever since. After years of working hard to improve the results on my own--with no success--I finally reached out to Dr. Bruneteau in 2025 to ask if he would consider helping me correct the outcome. I was told no, simply because too much time had passed. What shocked me even more was the response that followed. Rather than compassion or a willingness to discuss my concerns, I received a threatening letter from his attorney, warning me not to share my experience publicly or risk legal action. So not only was I left with disappointing surgical results, but now I'm also being intimidated for daring to speak out about it. I believe patients have the right to share their honest experiences--especially when those experiences involve feeling dismissed and threatened instead of supported. If you're considering surgery here, I encourage you to do thorough research and ask lots of questions. My only regret is not speaking up sooner.

And I know that part is done w juvaderm which is more expensive than botox so I figured when I was quoted the cost it made sense. At the time. But #1 those lines were never done and #2 i would know cause every spot he did hurt. Like this was actually painful. I've gotten filler before, it doesn't hurt. Soooo.. still after months I'm wondering what the hell I paid for??

Before surgery, my breasts were very large, heavy, and sagging. I dealt with constant shoulder and back pain, painful bra strap grooves, and recurring sores underneath my breasts. It affected my comfort, confidence, and daily life more than I realized. Now, everything is different. My breasts are the perfect size for my body, and the relief from pain has been incredible. I no longer deal with discomfort, and I feel like I've genuinely gotten my life back. What surprised me most is how much I love the way I look now. I expected relief--but I didn't expect to feel confident in my clothes again or actually enjoy seeing myself in the mirror. My results are beyond what I hoped for. On top of that, Dr. Ayoub is exceptional, and his entire staff--from the nurses to the front desk--are kind, supportive, and professional. They made me feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way. I am so grateful. Thank you for giving me my life back!

All questions were answered that I had before the procedure and Dr. Edney was very informative every step of the way of the process. From the very first consultation to the latest post op check up. I would urge anyone thinking about going to Aesthetic Surgical Images to turn and RUN the other…read moreway! This place is a disaster. First, they make you wait an hour or more for each and every appointment (consultation, pre-op, etc.). I'm not sure what the hold-up is, because you only get to see Dr. Edney for about 2 minutes, anyway. The staff is ridiculously incompetent. They and Dr. Edney kept "forgetting" that I had decided to go with just a breast lift and not an augmentation, and so I had to continuously remind them. Ummm, isn't that something they should have written down? They won't tell you what time your surgery is until the day before, which makes absolutely no sense; they have their own surgical facility, so how do they not know when they're going to do the surgery? I have a history of anemia, so I asked the nurse probably 3 times what the results of my anemia test were so that I could know if I needed to start taking iron (which, apparently was the whole purpose of them giving me the finger prick). Yeah, they never bothered to tell me. I had to get them to fill out FMLA paperwork so that I could get the recovery time off work, and despite me calling several times and emailing several times, they didn't turn it in until the day after it was due (mind you, they had 3 weeks to fill out a two-page document, but apparently the nurse quit and so no one else was going to bother to do it). Luckily my work, who had been on me to get it turned in, extended the deadline. Then, at my pre-op appointment, they forgot to give me my pre-op instructions! (I believe that the nurse accidentally gathered the paperwork up with the consent forms.) So, on my way out of the appointment I went to the front desk and waited there to ask someone for them, but of course no one was actually manning the desk. So a couple days later I called, but they had closed early. Ok. So I emailed the nurse (yes, the new nurse). No response. (The day of surgery I found out that she too had quit or been fired.) I emailed the main email address listed on their website. No response. I called the office, and this time someone answered! She said of course, she'd be happy to email me the instructions. So she emailed me the discharge instructions, not the pre-op instructions. Then, the next day (the day before surgery), I spoke with a nurse when she called to tell me what time my surgery was. I told her the whole saga of how I still hadn't received my pre-op instructions, and she said, "Oh, that is so weird!" Ok, so during this time I had googled what to do/not to do prior to mommy makeovers. The standard advice is eat healthy, no smoking/drinking, stop taking vitamins/advil, etc. Even though I had asked for my instructions SIX times, I thought I had done everything I was supposed to do. Come the morning of surgery, I got there and did my check-in. As part of the check-in, the nurse asked if I had had any energy drinks. The day before I had had a Starbucks Doubleshot Espresso Energy Drinks (I have triplet toddlers, don't judge me!). They got me into my hospital gown and blue hat and into the surgical bed, and then Dr. Edney came in and said he wouldn't do my surgery that day because my coffee drink had ginseng in it. I paid $12,680 for them to perform my mommy makeover, and they gave me back every cent because they knew it was their fault. I would not trust these people to put a band-aid on a skinned knee. I wish I could give them 0 stars. OH. And I went to several other surgeons after the fiasco at ASI, and all of the doctors thought the coffee drink thing was ridiculous. As a matter of fact, I had my mommy makeover at a different place two weeks ago, and I had one of my beloved coffee drinks the day before.

I spoke to his nurse about my concerns, and they scheduled me to wait for several months, but on the day of my virtual visit it was omitted for some unknown reason. It has been a year since surgery, but my nose is still uneven on the sides, one side looks flat vs the other with flapping tissue inside. Stitches are pulling the skin from my cheeks, indicating inferior, sloppy work. He didn't make ANY improvements on my forehead: as before brows are not level, same creases as before and now I have small bag of skin formed above my eyebrow that wasn't there before. I went to another surgeon and redone Harbison's work. In my opinion, surgical results may not always be perfect, but his careless attitude tells about doctor himself! Not only unprofessional, very disrespectful and totally ignoring after surgery. No post up care what was included in surgical fees. In my opinion, the surgeon must care for your surgical result and walk you through the healing process. Sorry to say, but based on my experience, Dr. Harbison showed himself as a businessman who cares about profit only.
