This is not a consignment nor a thrift store. This is a one-of-a-kind curated women's clothing and…read moreshoe store. Stores like these are extremely hard to find. Somehow the prices stay reasonable. The jewelry is artsy. The hats are whimsical. The scarves are unique. The shoulder bags are chic. The woman aged 45 and up is guaranteed to find a complimentary look from their selection. Sweaters from Ireland Italy and Denmark will cost over $130-280, but there are equally wonderfully whimsical designs made in China that look expensive -- but are easy on the wallet. Almost every season I am able to find something that is one of a kind garment or jewelry piece which when worn elicits delighted responses from people --even at the grocery store. Their window displays show beautiful draped cloaks and scarves. Right on Water Street and next door to Cafe Tenby this is a fantastic store which deserves the mature woman customer to drop in and look around!

She mailed the shoes back to me and when I tried to return them I was treated RUDELY and told they would not accept them because the store has a two week return policy and the shoes had been worn. The two week policy works well for a store with such POOR customer service because returns are inconvenient for out of town shoppers. I'm a local, I'll NEVER shop there again and I'll tell all my friends about this DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Gorgeous and unique, a feast for the senses, a little shop with a big personality. I first noticed…read morethe window displays and wondered, what kind of place is this? An art gallery? A magic shop? A creative space? All of the above and also stationery, jewelry, accessories, art materials, books, and more. This shop is owned by two sisters and opened in November 2022. They host workshops in a small back room. There are so many lovely things to see. I can't wait to go back again. When I visited in October the windows were hung with marigold paper chains and mannequins dressed in vintage Halloween masks. It was an unexpected surprise on my day trip into town. I only came away with some hand dyed silk ribbons and washi tape, but so many fresh ideas as well.

Handcrafted items from both local and international artisans, unusual handprinted papers and cards, antiques, one of a kind jewelry . . . jeez, pretty much one of a kind everything! And at every price point, so you're sure to find a treasure to take home with you. The delights continue into the cozy classroom in back, featuring a chalkboard with upcoming classes. And these are not just the usual classes ~ one that caught my eye was titled "Small Shrines", which sounded SO intriguing. I was able to speak a bit with one of the owners, Catherine, and she was just lovely, and so so knowledgeable about the artists they represent and the items they sell. If you're in Port Townsend, come visit this shop. If you're not in Port Townsend, make the trip! You're sure to find something to make you smile. So happy I found this shop on my day trip to Port. Can't wait to come back and see what's new/old (lol).

Jewelry, obviously, but our experience ended up being much more rewarding! We struck up a casual conversation with the owners, Tim and Sheryl, and ended up just completely falling in love with them as people. We discussed all sorts of things, from travel, our hometowns, our wedding last year, wedding dresses, Port Townsend, our families, their business(es), and a half dozen other topics, losing track of time, and putting a smile on our faces. Are all people in Port Townsend this friendly and personable? We didn't end up purchasing anything, but my wife and I were both fascinated with the quality of work performed here. We were given a tour of the whole place, including the out-of-sight workshop, and several truths became apparent as a result. Tim is obviously a master goldsmith (30+ years experience!), a fact to which the backlog of work orders shown to us can attest! The work performed here is obviously a labor of love, as well as an expression of creativity, and both husband and wife manage the operation with skill, finesse, personality and efficiency. They are able to set realistic expectations on turnaround time for each order, ensuring that no customer ends up being disappointed, or with a false sense of delivery. Additionally, several handcrafted, unique pieces are on display, in various windowed nooks within the plastered walls on either side. Each piece is a marvel in itself; a piece to be worn proudly and glamorously by its owner or recipient. Although we weren't in the market for jewelry during our visit, we were nevertheless dazzled by the things we saw at Itali Lambertini, but more importantly, we were positively enchanted by its owners; two incredible people whom I wish nothing but success and happiness in all of their endeavors. Although brief, our encounter with Tim and Sherly was less *conversation* and more *connection*, and that sort of thing is worth far more than its weight in gold.
