We had scheduled Central Jersey Cleaning service to do a move-out clean for us a month in advance…read more We had provided pictures of what we needed to be cleaned, we agreed on their price, and we confirmed the booking. The day the cleaning was scheduled, they did NOT even show up! Nor did the call to cancel or answer our calls or text at all. It has been two weeks now and they have not reached out to us at all. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time. We had to schedule another crew last minute, but are very thankful they did a wonderful job. We also had to shift our official move out day by another day because they did not show up. I will not recommend this company at all.

I can say with full confidence that Dawn / her team were always on time, always communicated well, and made sure we were happy with the cleaning. We always trusted her team inside our home when we were not there, and loved coming back to our super clean / great smelling home when they were all done. I highly recommend Kleaner Image to anyone who is looking for someone to care about your home and comfort as much as you do. In addition to the things one expects, they pick up all of manthing's stray "just leave it, I'm gonna wear that again" clothes and fold them neatly on the bed, change sheets, wash dishes, and do things like roll the hand towels and fold little triangles into the toilet paper. The kitchen cabinets and stove-top are cleaner than they were when we moved in five years ago. Not only that, it smells fresh as a summer breeze when they are done - no worrisome chemicals. I don't know how they do it. I honestly could not do a better job myself. We value our privacy and I can be anxious and picky and Dawn and crew have an amazingly impressive way of being ridiculously thorough without it feeling at all intrusive. We have an odd schedule and Dawn has unending patience with finding times that are convenient for us. Dawn is always available when I try to reach her, always on time, she and her crew are beyond friendly, and my dog absolutely loves them. Her standards are high, they do a magnificent job, and my house is always fancy-hotel clean when they are done. They have made my life so much easier.
