A guy came out and gave me an estimate. He was supposed to call the next day to schedule the removal. He never called, even after I called him again to prod him. I finally checked Yelp and found Santos with his good reviews. He came out quickly, gave a fair estimate, said he could do it the next day. He arrived a little late with his truck and small crew but went right to work and did the whole job in just 3 hours. I had expected a lot of chainsaw noise but they did a lot of cutting with handsaws, using the power tools mostly to cut up and grind the wood. Very impressive work and a great personality. His guys cut a tree and it fell on my shed and damaged the ramp and cut through some siding. he did come to repair the ramp but did a poor job but i did not notice the aluminum siding until later. let him know and he is ignoring me and not answering any texts or calls. poor customer service - not trustworthy - will not recommend him again. I did come across a neighbor who witnessed it so he was not truthful at all. He knew what happened when he came to repair the ramp.
