Loreal did my microblading and microshading. She was very nice and tells you what she's going to do…read morestep by step. My eyebrows turned out amazing. It took 3 hours to finish. It was my first time doing those and was kind of nervous because of the anticipation of the pain. Loreal told me color depend on my hair color. She didn't let me choose the color. She talked me through the process. She first measured and aligned my eyebrows so it's symmetrical. She didn't shade it for me to see how it looked. It was just lines that she drew. However, she asked me if I liked how it looked with the lines before starting the microblading. She did the microblading the first round and told me that it feels like getting eyebrow threaded. And then the 2nd and 3rd time around she put the numbing cream. The numbing cream did work but there were some parts of my eyebrows that really hurt when she microbladed the 2nd and 3rd time around. The 3rd round, she did microshading. I'd wish maybe there were more numbing cream around the edges of eyebrows so it covers more area. A few times when she was microblading her hands were on top of my eye ball and eyelid which made my eyes really uncomfortable and become teary. I know she probably needs the skin to be tight to get accurate strokes, but wish it was more gentler. Even with the numbing cream the blade that was digging into my skin hurt so so so much!! I was sweating with the light that's so close to my face and with the pain with each etch of the blade into areas of my skin that wasn't numb. However, at times she would ask how I'm feeling or if anything is uncomfortable and would adjust her hand in a different position. I wished how she positioned her hands would not dig and put pressure into my eyeballs. She uses bright lights so just beware it gets hot esp when it would hurt every time the blade dug into the areas were it wasn't numb. So I suggest wearing light and comfortable clothes. I wished she could have turned off the lights when letting the eyebrows set or numb during process. In the end, she gave me instructions and a little kit for after care. However, she didn't explain anything to me and just told me to look at the card. I wished she explained more about it. I read the card at home and was still confused. So I googled a lot of different after care instructions on YouTube and Google. Loreal did text me how my brows were doing and if I had any questions. When I told her what I was doing as after care because I didn't know and wasn't explained to me, she told me I should have asked her. So, she then told me instructions for aftercare. My eyebrows turned out really good!!! I really like the shape and color!!! Everything was symmetrical and the thickness was what I wanted. I had to get use to it since the first day it's a really dark color, but after 4th or 5th day (for me), it's better. I like that she has music throughout the session. Made me relax. I got Ombre brows for the first time and if you are a first timer like me prepare yourself because the pain is definitely a 9/10. It does hurt but it was well worth the pain. The bathroom was also fairly clean. I was also given some numbing cream for the procedure and a small baggy with instructions on aftercare before I left. I am not one to write reviews, so this is a super special circumstance. Megan Madolora is what I…read morewould call a Beauty "Magician." Everything she touches turns into GOLD. There is no one that comes even CLOSE to the level of professionalism and quality she and her work commands. From the very start, I had a good feeling about Megan. She was extremely sweet, professional, and very knowledgeable about her craft. She was extremely flexible with scheduling and respectful as well -- good customer service from the start. But for me, it is not just the customer service I care about but the actual results and competence as well. Megan has both mastered. I have been to a previous permanent makeup artist that yelled at me and said "No" after altering it twice. A lot of PMU artists are annoyed when asked to alter more than twice. My experience with Megan was the EXACT OPPOSITE -- It took around 15+ times I think, and almost 45 minutes of altering until I was satisfied with the mapping and shape of my eyebrows (that she drew on before even starting), but Megan not once complained, and instead made me feel like she truly cared about making it right and my customer satisfaction. She sweetly and kindly changed it here and there, tweaked it a bit in the front and in the tip, etc. until I was 100% completely and happily satisfied with it. I felt so bad because I kept wanting it a cm longer here, an inch up there, and just constant tweaking, but she never once made me feel uncomfortable. Instead, she assured me she would alter as many times as needed, until it was absolutely perfect to me. And that is exactly what she did. This took like almost an hour in itself (you can imagine how many tweaks I requested). She didn't start until I was 1000% satisfied. I can confidently say that is not the case with every PMU. One PMU I went to for permanent eyeliner (that wasn't Megan), didn't want to change anymore after two alterings, and instead just did whatever she wanted and messed up my eyeliner & eyes permanently. THIS IS WHY YOU SHOULD BOOK MEGAN -- she makes sure this doesn't happen to you. So an hour later, I was finally satisfied with the mapping. Then she began. Now as for the results -- it literally took ONLY ONCE for the thing to come out PERFECT. Like literally, once the eyebrows were mapped out and I gave the approval to go ahead, as soon as she finished actually tattooing them, I looked in the mirror for the first time and couldn't find a SINGLE thing that I wanted to change or that I didn't feel right about. The brows were literally PERFECT - symmetrical and perfectly framed to match my specific face (see picture). She didn't even need to tweak or add or change anything - she got it 100% perfect in one take only. I have never had this level of competence and efficiency before, but Megan did it. She is a master of her craft, extremely competent, and extremely efficient. Paired with her 10 star customer service, there is nothing and no one I recommend higher for PMU. 10/10 stars for sure; book Megan and you won't be disappointed. (Also, her Rates are SO reasonable and even lower than other Permanent Makeup Artists, yet with even a more premium quality and result than them). If I were you, I would hurry and run not walk to book Megan before she raises her rates!!! I had my permanent lip blush done (with someone else), and my permanent eyeliner done (with another PMU). My eyebrows (done by Megan) are the only ones I am truly satisfied with. My lips and eyeliners were messed up by other PMUs and they didn't even care to change it once they were finished. Thanks to Megan, my brows are absolute perfection at least. (BTW, If you are going to book with Groupon, maybe call Megan and book with her directly as Groupon takes a lot of her money and I feel so bad about that! Book Megan direct so all the money goes to her ). Her rates are surprisingly so reasonable and even lower than other PMUs that don't even do as quality of work as she does. Sorry for the long review; I wanted to make sure I added everything. 10/10 would recommend to ANYONE.

Permanent makeup is something I had been wanting to do but never had the opportunity to research…read more When a friend of mine found Everfine Beauty and had amazing results I wanted to see what it was all about. Bethany was very patient and spent a lot of time educating me on the various processes and techniques used - giving me the good, bad & the ugly that can happen depending on the artist and the technique they use. Bethany also detailed out her entire process so I would feel comfortable and know exactly what to expect. My lip color is very pale so I decided to start with my lips. As instructed I brought several of the lip colors I use on a regular basis, Bethany helped me narrow down the choice to one and she color matched it perfectly!! Lips are very sensitive, the numbing cream helps but you will still feel the process. I've never gotten a tattoo but I have done laser hair removal & electrolysis, I would equate the feeling to one of those processes. It was tolerable and for me worth it to be able to wake up with color on my lips and not have to worry about lipstick rubbing off during the day. Bethany is very meticulous and skilled. She will continue to do touch ups until your 100% satisfied. She was also always available when I had questions about my healing process. I had an amazing experience at Everfine Beauty and highly recommend it to anyone you know looking for permanent makeup! I am extremely pleased with my lips!!
