Let me start with I signed up to get a tattoo removal. It was an unlimited package until the tattoo…read morewas removed. Ive only gone 5-6 times. A very small tattoo .5 x .5 inches at most. But my job has me relocating to the west coast next month. Unfortunately there are no locations available on the west coast. I wrote corporate 2 emails explaining my situation. That I was happy to pay for the sessions I have received but didn't feel I should pay for the whole unlimited package. Since the tattoo would not be gone before I moved. Of course I received no response. Which I find unacceptable. They were very quick to sign me up and take the money. But not respond?! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The rep that I will see this coming Saturday for my last visit had to contact corporate. She phoned me today saying she spoke with her manager and the only thing that they can offer is for me to keep coming back to FL or TX for sessions. It's not a realistic resolve as I'd have to take off work AND pay for airfare. As a prominent business owner I know exceptions can be made. They choose not to make any exceptions. In closing I've had tattoo removal before on a few different tattoos. The sessions here should have had MUCH better results. I was trying to be patient and trust the process. Since there was unlimited sessions. Now I'm left with a tattoo that isn't gone while paying for a full package of unlimited sessions instead of the sessions I have had. Which I was happy to pay for. HEED THE WARNING- look elsewhere for better results & customer service. Not to mention I really feel like this place scammed me out of money.

During our lengthy consult we discussed my skincare goals and potential treatment plans. I had originally only come in for botox. She recommended a laser treatment that I basically said "maybe" to. She had not advised a price for the laser facial, and when I sat in the chair expecting the botox I felt pressured into the laser. When it came time for the botox, at no point did she tell me how many units she would be injecting and I was shocked to find she was doing literally double what my previous injector had recommended/injected just 6 months prior. (Im 36 with no visible creases and doing botox as preventive maintenance). Obviously all of this was my fault for not being more direct and asking for specific amounts/pricing, but the whole experience felt weird, as she was training a new employee in how to handle clients and seemingly how to upsell. I think she is accustomed to Wellington clients who are not price-conscious. The laser facial made no impact on my skin (admittedly probably not a one and done situation but I surely could not afford to go back after the small unexpected fortune I had just spent)! She was not sympathetic at check out when I was obviously shocked and I was almost in tears at the amount. Anyways, good service, good doctor, but make sure you know what you're committing to up front, just like with anything else.

Although I was a new client at your clinic, I have been…read morereceiving facial aesthetic treatments for nearly five years and have previously used products like Botox and Xeomin. However, when I arrived, the practitioner performing the injections seemed very unprofessional. First, despite being a new client, I had clearly stated my treatment history; yet, when discussing the plan, she recommended Dysport instead of the Botox I had originally booked. She asked if I was comfortable with a total cost exceeding $700--which was fine by me. I also wanted a touch-up on my cheeks (where I had received Juvéderm injections a year prior). After treating my forehead, she declared the session over. When I asked about my cheeks, she asked in surprise, "You want to do your cheeks too?" I was shocked, as I had mentioned needing treatment for both my forehead and cheeks from the start. I kept asking for her recommendations, expecting a professional to proactively suggest a plan and advise me on what was needed. Instead, she claimed I had only booked a 15-minute session for forehead wrinkles and suggested I come back the next day. When I said I couldn't return the following day, she reluctantly agreed to inject Restylane into my cheeks. Throughout the process, she repeatedly questioned my ability to pay--asking things like "Is this price okay?" and "Do you know how much this costs?"--rather than offering professional advice on the areas of my face that needed attention. This made me feel very uncomfortable. She rushed through the procedure, and after I paid over $1,300 and left, no follow-up appointment was scheduled. I suspect this happened because my attire made me look "low-class," leading her to worry that I couldn't afford the treatment. She offered no advice or assessment based on my face's actual needs; she simply performed my requests mechanically without ever mentioning follow-up care. There was absolutely no effect after getting the treatment on my forehead. In the past, when I got Botox, the forehead lines would disappear the very same day.
