However, at the end of the process, they informed me they could not handle the shipment after all. What was most frustrating was that the staff appeared unfamiliar with their own shipping policies and even struggled to properly determine the package measurements. A simple review of the requirements before my trip would have avoided a significant waste of time. Overall, the experience reflected a lack of training, knowledge, and professionalism.
