I'm not sure if the employee was happy with us, but we ordered from every section. It almost seemed like he wanted us to go back and get in line to order from a new section but we didn't. I had peanut butter and chocolate on a cake cone that was outstanding. The wife had chocolate chip on a sugar cone and she also enjoy it. The grandkids had a variety of different flavors and I have to assume they enjoyed it because there was none left. The daughter ordered a caramel apple with some topping on it that she thoroughly enjoyed. She also ordered an extra one that was sliced that she shared with all of us. It had caramel and nuts on it. Very tasty. We also ordered different chili, flavored gummy worms and gummy rings. The grandkids thoroughly enjoyed. In addition, had to try out the chocolates. Had the dark chocolate haystack wasn't too impressed with it. Had a couple of dark chocolate cashew clusters. The wife said they were very good. The three employees that were working behind the counter we're doing a great job keeping the line moving. They also offer a discount if you eat at saucy mamas beforehand and bring your receipt. If you're visiting the village and get a sweet tooth this is a great place to stop.

Orders must be placed through (2) digital kiosks, placed on each side of the front door, the absolutely worst location. People coming in and going out are blocked by a massive traffic jam, and nobody knows where or who is in line to order. This is worse when somebody (or a group) of people are taking too much time at the kiosk browsing through the selections. To place your order, you must provide a name and phone number to receive a number that is shown on a monitor on the wall, and a text message notification. But the order number/notification only is for drink orders, NOT food (they don't explain that anywhere along the process). The food orders are ready when they simply call out your name. Drinks, "Savory" food, and Crepes/dessert are fulfilled by (3) separate prep lines/pickup locations around the restaurant, which creates more clusters of people standing around inside. What is the point of having a digital ordering system with text notification, if you still have to wait there and listen for your name to be called? It took OVER 45 MINUTES to get our food, which was just (2) breakfast sandwiches! I would have cancelled my order, gotten a refund, and moved on to somewhere else if it was actually possible to speak to anyone about that. The food itself is not bad, but it's nothing special - obviously after waiting for so long, it had better be fresh, but there is nothing great or unique about the meal that makes up for dealing with the ridiculous ordering system and long wait! Overall, a very stressful and frustrating experience just to get some typical cafe food. And, I know sometimes places get very busy and over capacity, but that is no excuse for the bad process a customer has to go through here. You can go to an actual sit-down restaurant, get a table, get served, eat, and have an extra cup of coffee in the amount time it takes to get ANYTHING here!
