The store is laid out pretty well, however, the pricing on a couple of the items we purchased were incorrect as we checked out, so I had to go back down the aisle to get screen shots of the items/price in order to get refunded the difference. It was inconvenient because we were short on time. The cashier was also less than enthusiastic; she never welcomed us, didn't thank us, didn't smile, and spoke like it was painful for her to have to deal with us.   Overall folks, this is a great place to get what you need at a reasonable price, however, just make sure the marked price matches the price at checkout. One of our items was $4.00 higher once we were at checkout. Being overcharged can really add up here, especially if you have several items marked incorrectly.   The cashier aside, I'd definitely shop here again.

Did you ever wonder what the offspring of Neiman Marcus and Dollar Tree would look like? POpshelf!…read more A couple of weeks ago,I saw a post by Angela S. That caught my attention. It was a funny creature called a Fuggler at a shop called pOpshelf. You never know what's gonna push your hot button but this did. I mean come on, lighten up. Comic relief, feel good, amazing distraction contributes to good mental health right? So,I had to have the Jaws 50th anniversary Fuggler and set out on my quest. I had never visited a pOpshelf and had no idea what I'd find. Entering the store gave me an " Upscale" Dollar Tree feel. Browzing the isles I could see the place was filled with useful items. Everything from groceries to home decor is covered. Actually it's impressive for what it is and quality/ price appears to be good on most merchandise. I set my toy detector for Find and set out for the Fugglers. Bam! There they are. These guys are cute! Can't believe I was unaware. However, there were no Jaws! Bummer. I still grabbed 2 and headed for checkout. Now,y'all know how I feel about Kiosk and shelf check. I really didn't want to do it. When I looked up and realized this entire place is self check I gave in. No one can accuse me of not being flexible or open minded. 10 minutes in the store and I was on my way with a couple of early Christmas Gifts. I like popshelf and think they've established a great niche. However, this isn't the end of my Fugglers quest so, Stay Tuned. Go!

I threw a VERY LAST minute Quinseanera Style sweet Sixteen birthday for my daughter last weekend and Alexa Party Rental Delivered EARLY and picked up Late (A VERY GOOD THING), as if they knew how tired I'd be from the party! What I mean be picking up "Late" is that they gave me a few extra hours to pull myself together and have their items READY for pick up. However I was so tired and behind schedule the next day, when they arrived, Absolutely Nothing was ready for pick up! Instead of charging me extra or leaving and then charging me extra to return, they assisted me in taking down the tables and chairs, while repeatedly Thanking me for my business! I've never met such a humble Business in my life! I will be using them in the Near future and lifetime for upcoming Special events that I want to turn out Flawless! Initially I criticized them, thinking their chairs looked like they wouldn't hold a lady bug But I was so wrong about that, because they told me their chairs accommodate 200 lbs, but when a teenager weighing nearly 300 sat down in one of the chairs COMFORTABLY for nearly 45 min., Alexa proved me wrong They treated me like family from beginning to end and like I said this is just the beginning of a life long business relationship, moving forward. Because w me being a grandma, a mother of five and loving to host events, I promise to do more business w Alexa moving forward! God Bless y'all (Alexa) and God Bless your family and employees for the wonderful job that y'all do! I wish y'all many more years of success, while blessing many more w your Awesome Service!

Incredibly friendly, helpful, and clearly trying their best to create a good experience despite the circumstances. They were the only bright spot of my visit. Unfortunately, the manager, Tammy, ruined the entire atmosphere. Her behavior was absolutely unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness. She was dismissive and demeaning to her employees right in front of customers, and her attitude toward shoppers was equally unsavory. It created an incredibly unpleasant environment, making me feel awkward and unwelcome the entire time I was in the store. No matter how great the products or prices may be, no customer should have to shop in a space where the manager is belittling staff and making everyone uneasy.
