It was inconvenient because we were short on time. The cashier was also less than enthusiastic; she never welcomed us, didn't thank us, didn't smile, and spoke like it was painful for her to have to deal with us.   Overall folks, this is a great place to get what you need at a reasonable price, however, just make sure the marked price matches the price at checkout. One of our items was $4.00 higher once we were at checkout. Being overcharged can really add up here, especially if you have several items marked incorrectly.   The cashier aside, I'd definitely shop here again.

I think this location had a good selection of body products and snacks. The drink selection wasnt as good as some other locations but I still found some stuff to purchase because I have a problem, lol. I like the set up and size of this location as well. It seems bigger than the Carrollton location which is the location I usually go to. I did find some good toys at this location that I hadnt seen at the other locations I frequent. So I was happy about that. So glad these stores have entered my life. I get a lot of things I need from here now and I like the ambiance in the stores. I can walk around each aisle and just look at the stuff. Its so calming in these stores typically. Also love that I can self check out as well. The service is decent but I have always been able to get friendly help fast if I need it, but I usually never need any assistance while I shop here.

Incredibly friendly, helpful, and clearly trying their best to create a good experience despite the circumstances. They were the only bright spot of my visit. Unfortunately, the manager, Tammy, ruined the entire atmosphere. Her behavior was absolutely unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness. She was dismissive and demeaning to her employees right in front of customers, and her attitude toward shoppers was equally unsavory. It created an incredibly unpleasant environment, making me feel awkward and unwelcome the entire time I was in the store. No matter how great the products or prices may be, no customer should have to shop in a space where the manager is belittling staff and making everyone uneasy. Popshelf needs to seriously reconsider who they put in charge, because the customers.
