This was a surprisingly nice meal. It's very hard to choose between all of the restaurants on the boardwalk, but all of us agree that choose well. The dishes were beautifully presented.
One of us had the gamba (shrimp) with anise. The sauce was very good. Another had tortelloni with mushrooms and described it as tender, flavorful, and fresh. The remaining two of us had the tortelli with prosciutto. It was very fresh pasta and you could even taste a hint of nutmeg in the filling.
Wait staff was a little sluggish toward the end of our meal but otherwise low-key and friendly.
Noticed that many people ordered pizzas while we were here and they looked appetizing as well. read more
