There is an impressive looking machine at the back of the shop and two racks with stacked boxes of drying pasta besides it. They also prepare a great pizza dough. It really is a must try! One thing to keep in mind is that the prices are substantially higher if you eat in, which you don't find out until you pay, or if you study the small menus on the tables. My suggestion is to grap some pizza, head to the Wapenplein and enjoy your picknick on one of the benches around the central pavilion. Both kinds of pasta I tried were excellent: (1) spaghetti with prawns and (2) tagliatelle with salmon. Not as easy to eat outdoors though ;-)

One of us had the gamba (shrimp) with anise. The sauce was very good. Another had tortelloni with mushrooms and described it as tender, flavorful, and fresh. The remaining two of us had the tortelli with prosciutto. It was very fresh pasta and you could even taste a hint of nutmeg in the filling. Wait staff was a little sluggish toward the end of our meal but otherwise low-key and friendly. Noticed that many people ordered pizzas while we were here and they looked appetizing as well.
