I tried contacting online and didn't hear back for almost a week while they were investigating. Ben helped me escalate it in person and I got my refunds, within the hour or 2, as well as my return labels for what I received but decided not to keep. Great value suits at great prices, they really do look and fit great; nice selections too, great in-store phone customer service. Give Ben a raise ASAP! Wish I could shop in person living in Southern California.

My initial hesitation buying a suit from a place with the word depot in its name was completely unfounded. They have a huge selection of suits and honestly without assistance we would have been overwhelmed. The store always very busy but the staff did a great job of balancing giving us attention and giving us space. They helped him choose a beautiful Italian wool navy suit that he could wear to the weddings and a dark green suit (I never would have thought he could pull of that color) for the less formal events. The price was very reasonable and the quality way better than the suits my husband had in the past. Definitely worth the drive from Troy. We will definitely be back.

The four of us went there that day to let the new owner know of my husband's passing. My brothers were prepared to do some big time shopping, as Studio Nova was his favorite. Unfortunately, our experience was ruined the moment we walked in. The person attending the store at the time identified himself as the new owner's father. Instead of greeting us with kindness and professionalism, we were met with suspicion and blatant disrespect. When my brother tried to explain the connection between himself, my late husband and the previous owner, the father cut him off and made it clear that he was not interested in hearing the story. Then he said "Why don't y'all look around since I have your Black asses on camera anyway." He turned to another one of my brothers and said "you look suspicious." When my brother mentioned he was from California, the father said "Don't tell anyone that."  We were shocked! We were prepared to spend money, but after being insulted repeatedly, we chose to leave. The father's tone was hostile, dismissive, and completely inappropriate. For context, all three of my brothers are professionals, well-dressed, retired veterans, respectful, and accomplished men. No one should be treated this way. As the only woman present, I felt especially disrespected. My brothers were embarrassed for me, and we were all hurt by the way we were treated. We came to honor a connection to the store and instead left feeling degraded and unwelcome. When we got in the car, there was silence and disbelief. To the owner: My purpose of writing this post is make you aware of our experience at your store. We hope this treatment does not reflect your OWN values or how YOU intend for Studio Nova to operate. If you continue allowing your father to represent your business in your absence, you risk losing customers and damaging your reputation. We will not return, nor will we recommend this business to anyone. I truly hope no one else has to endure what we did that day.

DONT TRUST THEM!! I…read morecame to this store looking for a suit for work. I was immediately greeted by 3 sales persons overly eager to sell me a suit. They had a decent selection of suits, but as I was looking over the selection, the one sales guy kept pulling out suits for me to try on, despite the fact I never asked him or wanted him to. After I picked out two suits to try on he kept adding shirts, shoes, ties, etc. I made it very CLEAR I was only looking for a suit and NOT accessories, but that didn't seem to matter to him--he kept doing it anyway. When I asked him how much the shirts were, he refused to give me a price and only said,"I will give you a good deal on everything." In the end, this dude wanted to charge me $200+, to alter a suit ($45.00 at my tailor in northland mall for the same suit). the sales people are over-bearring and sneaky. They apply pressure tactics and fake-a$$ smiles to get you to buy what they want. Their prices are wayyy out of line; no wonder you will NEVER see a price tag on their shirts. I had less trouble buying a used car. You shouldn't feel pressured into buying a suit. There are wayyy better places to buy a suit than Fashion internaltional.

The Greenfield Plaza houses a little bit of everything. Beauty salons, jewelry stores, barber shops, nail salons, boutiques and even cafes. I frequently visit the third floor, which is were most of the jewelry stores are located. But I have been known to take a tour every now and again to see what new stores have popped up. The plaza is most crowded, of course, on the weekend. Not to the point were it's difficult to receive service but more so finding a close parking spot. While I do visit the other shops I highly recommend you visit the jewelry stores if you have the opportunity. Because most of them are on the same floor the competition makes for some great deals!

However just be for warned that the air may or may not work in some parts of the building. I went to shop at a boutique & liked to have died in the basement (shops are in the basement too) without any air. The plaza does have a daycare for parents to drop off their kids while they shop. It's roughly $5/hr & is another independent shop (pretty smart). Overall the place needs work, but has some good businesses located in it which is why I would go 2 stars. (I rate businesses separately as I visit them).
