The popcorn is great and the drinks are cold. As for the screen projectors, they are not the best. The bathrooms are hit or miss as sometimes a stall or urinal is closed. The staff is pretty friendly and will help if you need it. I once needed their help since someone would not get off their phone in a scary movie. It was a bit scary but glad they helped. If you live near, then I recommend it but if you live far away, go somewhere else.

When we arrived, the system was down so everyone was having to pick up their tickets through the kiosk, instead of any apologies, it was relayed in a way that felt like annoyance which I get you are having to say the same thing over and over, but we had no clue. Because the system was down, there was no way to redeem coupons, which I get again, but I expected that they would manually input it and honor the price after waiting in line. Before going to the theatre, I visited the restroom where the sinks either had working water or working soap but not both. The theatre itself (#11) had no air conditioning and my seat didn't even fully recline which was the entire point to visiting this location. I thought it might be that these seats just don't recline very far but my partners reclined without any issue. To wrap everything up, during the trailers we see that there is a black smudge on the left side of the screen. We ended up leaving before the movie even started because I was too hot due to the lack of air conditioning. I hate writing bad reviews and always try to give the benefit of the doubt, but it was very frustrating spending time and energy getting ready just to go out and not be able to enjoy the experience. For some people lack of air conditioning can be an annoyance but manageable, but I unfortunately am not able to handle it, I really wish that the theatre would pre-warn people or fix their screen and air conditioning before scheduling movie showings in that auditorium.

A neat thing about this theater is their huge menu of hot foods. I tried some popcorn from my sister and it seemed pretty good. It was regular sized but still came in a tub, which I appreciate, since it doesn't make crinkly noises that way. The drink fountains aren't fancy like at AMC, but I honestly prefer the speed of the old style fountain machines (no screens with silly animations). It is Pepsi + Dr. Pepper products though, so be warned if you're strict about only having Coca-Cola. Word of advice: the lobby is not on the ground floor. There is an elevator and an escalator so it's not a big deal, but if you want the most direct access, park on L3 in the garage. Why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5: There are no recliners. The current seats aren't bad, but it's so much nicer when you can kick your feet back and truly relax in a recliner. Most Marcus Theatres have DreamLoungers, so it's a huge shame that this location hasn't been updated to have any. Dear Corporate: Please make this happen! You'd be able to compete way better against AMC if you did this!
