NO CONCERN FOR COMMUNICATING WITH PARENTS. NOT ORDERING SUFFICIENT VACCINES AND NOT INFORMING OF…read moreOUTAGE UNTIL AT ACTUAL APPT. I have been taking my daughters here for a while now. No issues. But these last few visits have been awful. I took my youngest to get her 4 year shots and was informed the office had "run out" of vaccines and wouldn't know when they would receive more. This unfortunately delayed her starting school. I also took my older daughter for her final dose of the hpv shot in July and was told they didn't have that vaccine either. The office then called me last Thursday saying they had it and scheduled her for today - Monday. I show up and they inform me they ran out of the shot again ! I was irritated that I wasn't even given a courtesy call or email so i didn't waste my time and gas driving over there for nothing AGAIN. Why are the offices running out of vaccines so often ?? Why are they scheduling more appointments than available vaccines ? I feel so disrespected for the lack of urgency or communication from this office.

This is a MEDICAL condition so how dare he put Obese on tbe document. I probably eat a hell of a lot more healthier then he does. Then I asked to be take off Levothyroxzine and put on Armour Thyroid. He tells me that Levothyroxzine is actually the preferred. I tell him why would I want to put a man made synthetic drug in my system when I can have a natural one. He then processed to tell me I was wrong. Levothyroxzine is not a synthetic man made medication that its made from...blah blah. Well that tells me right there he doesn't know his medication. Then when he sends the Armour Thyroid he sends it as some weird name its not even called then was rude to my pharmacy telling them other pharmacies can get it....well so can mine when the actual medication is named proper. Then he sends 2 different strengths which is NEVER heard of. My Endocrinologist that I saw in Palm Springs for yrs when I lived out that way was the one who showed me that Levothyroxzine is actually a synthetic man made medication and I think he would actually know this since its his line of work. I now have an appointment with an Endocrinologist to get me the correct dosage. When I called this office I told them about the 2 different strengths called in and they even told me....no way....not done that way.....one pill. Not 2 separate. I won't be going back to see him ANYTIME at all.

I didn't even shop around yet before choosing Matney Pediatrics and was immediately sold upon a single negative review I read that was clearly written one sided and the professional response to the review by the business itself was exactly what made my mind up immediately in choosing a pediatrician for my almost 2 week old son. Had visited the office a couple days before my son decided to come a day early, already felt comfortable with the staff, environment, office, etc. Wasn't at registred or had done any paperwork ( until my baby's 1st visit last week ) and Dr. Matney himself said to call his office to let him know when I have my baby and he would come down to the hospital to meet him but now importantly it was to check him out, make sure everything was fine, he made sure my baby got a bath since the hospital wasn't wanting to do. I had my baby around 10am and Dr. Matney was there no later than maybe around 2pm. If I could give this practice / office a higher rating than just 5 stars then I would. The only way I can is through this written rating. I have already recommended him to a friend who is pregnant and explained to my friend how my boyfriend, mother and myself are all very pleased and happy with this Pediatrician and office atmosphere. He is very thorough and his attention and heart are all within his job / practice. Highly recommend this Pediatrician if you are searching for one for the first time or are in search of a new one, your search ends here. Reliable, trustworthy, everything you would want in one place.

Shima Hadidchi is the worst doctor ever. She's only in her Victorville office half a day otherwise…read moreshe has Brett Bird who's a PA to see patients past 12:30 PM. She's also being sued by another PA that was really good PA, Justin Atkins in Los Angeles, CA. From what the case says is that he's suing for breach of contract. But she is never around when I need her. Her staff isn't good either. I finally got fed up and changed doctors and after doing that her office staff called me asking to call them cuz they want to book an appointment for me. I'm still waiting for scripts to be filled and the pharmacy is trying to get ahold of them to get them filled. I waited about 5 months for testing equipment. This just isn't acceptable. She needs her license taken away. And she also has another office in Apple valley as well. Idk how she does over at that office but I've met a couple of her other patients that want to get away from her too! Hopefully you will choose another doctor and not go with Shima Hadidchi. I should've given her up long ago but gave her chances only to be let down.

I live in Arizona however assist my parents with schedules, follow ups etc and Jeda was simply incredible What stood out most was her genuine passion for helping patients and resolving issues. You can truly tell she cares about the people she serves. Her kindness and dedication made my parents feel comfortable and valued, especially as they are new to the area. The Salcidos are so grateful for Jeda and the entire staff. Thank you for providing such exceptional service and making our transition to Apple Valley such a positive experience.

I showed up for my appointment today (which I had scheduled and was on time for), but I happened to forget my purse in a rush. Instead of working with me, they refused to see me over a copay, even though the balance was minimal and I've never missed a payment before. They insisted on speaking with Dawn from the billing department, who first claimed I hadn't paid my last copay. I then provided proof from my FSA, and only after that did they change their story and claim I owed $10.24 due to a 20% responsibility under my PPO plan. Completely unprofessional and clearly not concerned about patient care. I will be finding a new provider. The way this was handled was not only inconvenient, but pathetic. This is not how you treat patients.

Dr. Sharma's staff was beyond rude and exhibited discriminatory behavior towards my sister/family as patients whom they were supposed to be helping. We brought my 12-year-old sister to his team for a general check-up. She has severe autism and we called her in advance as a courtesy to them as doctor's offices can sometimes make her a bit anxious. From the moment we walked in experienced rude stares and overt passive aggression from front desk staff, nurses, and doctors. When we voiced our dismay, the team was dismissive, acted shocked, and gaslit us into believing that we were making up our experience. My sister is mixed race (Black and Mexican) and without asking, they marked her as only 'Black' on her chart which we believe is the reason why they treated her and us inferior... if you care about your child, avoid his team at all costs & thank me later.
