I've been taking both my kids to Dr. Ahn office since 2009 and they send me a message saying that if I miss another appointment that they will get a hold of my insurance to change doctors. So let me get this right I'm not allowed to have emergency situations which happen without notice? So my husband had knee surgery and one of his stitches ripped and I had to take him back to Loma Linda and I'm not supposed to have any issues in life? So basically your telling me that you don't care what emergency last minute situation happens to your patients and get accept reality but your patients have to be ok with the main doctor barely comes in to work? I like the doctor and he's been good with my kids but this is ridiculous. It's sad because he's a good doctor but at this point just retire and avoid bad reviews. read more

I highly recommend this office! We took our 2 year old here today & had a very positive experience. The office is very nice, clean & everyone from the receptionist to the checkout person was friendly. Dr Ahn was also great! He was very polite with our daughter & super informative. He answered all our questions & didn't make us feel rushed at all. I also appreciate this office being so understanding about us wanting to space out vaccines. The nurse who took vitals & gave the vaccines was also very sweet. I look forward to bringing my soon to be born babygirl here in November. Keep up the good work infinity pediatrics. read more

They are a decent office staff is a lot to be desired. I'm not sure I'll allow them to ever give my kiddos injections ever again since the MA's do not know how to read instructions they gave my son to much and we ended up in the ER for overdose. Nurse Best is phenomenal we trust her with our kids she's amazing read more

Not the best office. First off, You cannot see the doctor just nurse practitioners. If you asked to see the doctor, you are told that he does not come to the office (I asked over a course of a year and he was NEVER there). You can do a phone appointment with him, but he only does those a few times per year according to his staff and he has no availability when asked.... this alone is alarming information which I'd be interested to follow up and see if it is OK with the medical board being that the doctor is not physically present overseeing his practice on a regular basis. The nurse practitioners mentioned above are nice but lacking the knowledge of a doctor. Our children had better treatment, more accurate diagnosis when we went to a local urgent care this year than here. Secondly, the billing and front desk staff is unkind - often rude mannered. That's always a bad vibe with small kids. On a positive note the office itself is aesthetically pleasing.... Clean and decorated nice. But that's the only thing that is great about the office. Care level isn't well enough to continue taking our children here. read more

Let me start off by saying I've never had a problem with Dr. Best. My issue is with the front desk ladies! They are beyond rude and unprofessional. With that said, I recently took my daughter for a check up, my daughter accidentally left her Stanley tumbler at the office in the room they had us waiting in. We left in a hurry and we were the last patients to be seen that day. The next day my daughter brought it to my attention that she left her Stanley tumbler at the doctor's office in the room near the sink area. I called as quickly as I as possible but by this time on a Friday @ 12:00 afternoon the office was closed. I called first thing Monday and spoke to one of the front desk ladies, told her I would be stopping by to pick up my Stanley tumbler and she informed me there was no Stanley cup in their list and found. I told her I know for a fact it's there and she put me on another hold. She then proceeds to tell me that the cleaning lady took it home with her. My question now is why would the cleaning lady take it home and not place it in the lost and found so when the client calls back they can tell her that it's there??? This raised a bunch of red flags, and when I went to pick it up the next day, the Stanley Cup was cleaned, smelled like vinegar (to disinfect because it had belong to someone prior to them taking it !!!) and my straw holder plug was missing. The intentions were there that they meant to keep it, and they might have even placed the blame on the cleaning lady when the front desk ladies were the ones who took it in the first place I do not trust this place!!! Not with my children, and not with my things ever again!!! this is a lack of compassion and integrity to blatantly take from a patient and take something that does not belong to them!!! Mind you this Stanley Tumblr belong to my daughter, which she had just gotten in October for her birthday!!! Absolutely horrible people that work there in the front. Do not trust this place with your children and definitely not with your things!!! I've added a picture to show how the Stanley Cup was when we picked it up spotless, clean, and parts missing with a strong smell of vinegar. Mind you this cup is not cheap, pretty pricey, and belongs to my daughter who does not keep her cup clean at all so to find it in this condition only says they were intending to keep it! Never coming to this place again shame on you ladies in the front, you have families who come to this place and trust the doctors and staff with their children and families, we are in the works of looking for a new doctor as we speak! read more

Infinity Medical Group - This is the Stanley tumbler after picking up, with missing parts and spotless! - Pediatricians Near Me - Apple Valley, California

Gave my daughter 2 separate vaccines sets to close together against guidelines, when the school noticed and I asked the office about it they didn't apologize or offer any explanation only said I could come back to get the both shots again if the school wouldn't allow them. It was against CDC guidelines, not just the schools. Can't even follow vaccine guidelines. read more

Thank you Stephanie H for taking the time to review this office. I was considering employing this medical group for our family care. After the demonstration of lack of moral character from both Doctor and office staff, I will search for another medical group. I read your review and the Doctor's reply carefully. The Doctor's reply did not strike me as an honest apology as it seems, to me; that he is condoning this person criminal behavior and disguising it as a "mistake". Since you were the last patient to be seen, the staff should have known right away who the Stanley Cup belong to. If one is not sure to who the cup belongs to, an honest person would had taken the cup to their lost and found. Most offices, will keep items in the lost and found between 24 to 48 office hours. Another demonstration of the staff character is the way that they treated you when you called to ask for your cup. They denied the cup to you and the only reason they return it, is because you stood your ground. This person true intentions were to keep your property, I have no doubt; as they had already invested time and effort cleaning it. I know Stanley cups are expensive, this should not condone this behavior. They should be ashamed of themselves, to risk destroying the Doctor-patient relationship and their income (as we the patients pay their salary) for a cup is beyond me. As to the Doctor making excuses for that type of behavior in a form of an apology demonstrates his prerogative. Furthermore, you are responsible on how your office staff treat your patients and their property. Your patients chose you and give you absolute trust to treat and see their children. Is your responsibility to have kind, honest, respectful, and professionals working with you. You owe it to your patients. read more

BEST Dr! hands down... the wait is worth it to he seen (not too long) . The staff is amazing, especially paulina she's always been so loving and helpful. I have been with Dr. Ahn 16yrs ever since my first born arrived. You wont regret it! read more

There appears to be a commonality within the reviews of unprofessionalism and lack of customer service with the front staff. I would never take my kids to a place that has a reputation for lack of empathy or care with not only their patients but their belongings as well. I cannot believe that Stanley cup incident. That could have been handled better and it shows lack of integrity from the staff. read more

I really like the office very clean and the staff is very nice!! The wait times are long but the doctor is great and takes his time to talk to you. So to me it's worth it I just clear my schedule that day. Dr Ahn always comes in with a smile on his face ready to work. The only problem I have is that they sometimes lack communication. For instance today my son had his 3 year old check up and as were in the waiting room they're calling me lol so I answer and let them know I'm sitting right here in the waiting room. No biggie it was funny lol but anyways get to the desk and they tell me that the insurance isn't going to cover the visit today cause they saw him in May when he was 2 1/2 for a physical. Which is cool but don't you think you guys could of called me the day before? They were very apologetic and I was understanding but more often then not they cancel appointments with me. But never as I'm sitting right there!! You guys need to stay on top of it. It was inconvenient today that I cleared my schedule for you guys too cancel as I'm in the office. I Still very much appreciate you guys though. It's just something that needs to be worked on. read more

What can I say... my babies have been going here since they were either very young or born. I absolutely love Dr. Ahn and his staff. I have NEVER had one issue in regards to staff, wait times or care. I have to give a special thanks to Alexa Villalobos as she ALWAYS goes above and beyond and we are so grateful for her and the staff at Infinity Medical. Thank you all! read more

This place is extremely unprofessional, especially the staff in the front, I will not be taking my children back do to the rudeness and the lack of professionalism of the front staff. My good friend also had a terrible experience here. Her daughter left her brand new Stanley cup there that she got for her birthday. They knew exactly where they had left it and when she called, they told her there was no Stanley cup found, but when she urged the matter, they all of a sudden found it, and said that the cleaning lady had taken at home? Why on earth would they not put it in the lost and found if they knew it belong to one of the patients ??the cup was tampered with it was missing pieces as well as had a strong smell of vinegar like the person had cleaned it for their use. If that's not a lack of professionalism, I don't know what is how dare try to keep a patients belongings? Do not come here ! read more

Today I had to walk out for the second time due to poor time management. Seems to be the norm when I go there. I waited an hour and 15mins PAST my app time and still wasn't seen. Also disappointing that a pediatric office doesn't have ANYTHING for kids to play with while they wait. I've since decided to drop them as our care provider because of these reasons. read more

Great place !! They attend to my kids in a timely manner . Been a great experience . Will love if they allow both parents to attend the doctors appointment. read more

I've been coming here for the last 8 years and usually have a great experience, especially with Nurse Battle she is the best! I give 2 stars because for me, customer service is above all. I can deal with the long wait times because atleast I know my children will recieve the same attentiveness. What I can not deal with, especially when driving an hour to come here, is Paulinas attitude at the front desk. There have been numerous occasions where she mumbles under her breath about me or my children and it's just unprofessional. If she doesn't like her job then maybe she should find somewhere else to work where she does not have to deal with the public face to face. It's just unacceptable, and as someone who also works in the Healthcare field, there's many times where we just have to keep our opinions to ourselves. If it wasn't for the rest of the awesome staff she would be the reason I give this place 0 stars. read more

Dr ahn is wonderful I have 2 boys and he has always been very informative and caring anytime I address any issues I switched to him from Valencia and it was the best choice I have ever made I have experienced long wait a couple of times but it's worth it when the dr is as kind and informative as he is. Paulina is amazing I think she is very professional one of the girls in the back is completely amazing she gives the vaccines so well my 4 month old didn't even really cry when she did it. Heather is very sweet but needs to be more confident in her job skills and knowledge she knows it but seems like she feels nervous or scared my oldest son can feel her not being so confident and doesn't like when she needs to do any vitals or shots for him. He is afraid of them as is but like I said she is very sweet. Overall I believe this office is amazing would recommend. read more

Sorta Slow Everytime We've Been Here For My Nephew. When You Walk In, All The People Sitting Are Waiting Because They Had An Appointment Time.... Not Enough Chairs AND They Made A "Sick" Waiting Room And A "Well" Waiting Room.... Well The Sick Ones Aren't Very Much Separated From The Well Ones So It's Easier For Them To Catch Their Sickness, Not Very Smart Thinking They Did There.... They Have A Big Flat Screen TV That They Play Movies On For The Kids Which Is Very Thoughtful.... Other Than SLOW Service, They Are Good Overall... read more

UPDATE: My son went to get his 1 year shots and they cut him. This is the second time this has happened. I let it go the last time this happened but again did these people not get trained properly to do their jobs correctly. NP Battle is probably the only person that does her job right and is friendly with her patients, but everyone else is just horrible. I'm looking into changing pediatricians. I wouldn't recommend coming here. Worst customer service! The people who run the front desk are very rude and unprofessional. They care more about money than seeing the patients. Dr. Ahn is a good pediatrician but needs to hire a better staff that will be more polite and respectful to their patients. Every time I take my son to his appointment or try to make an appointment there is always a problem. My son is born with a heart condition and recently had surgery and needs more in the next couple months and they do not see the sense of urgency. My son needs to be seen and checked up regularly. I made an appointment a month ago and the receptionist tells me that I cannot see the doctor due to my insurance putting him under the wrong doctor. I go outside to call my insurance and tell them to switch it over and come in to tell her I made the change and she quickly tells me that they will not see my son because my appointment was passed. Yet there are still other patients that came for the same appointment time as me still waiting to be seen. So I had to reschedule and go back another day. Hope the receptionist can get off their high horses and start treating the patients better. read more

Dr Ahn! You are are awesome. Thank you for taking the time educate us on why daughter was for years stuck with a constant cough and cold. It helped alleviate a lot of worries we had for years. Reception is also very sweet and awesome! The office is up to date and clean! I honestly have no complaints. I left impressed! Thank you guys! Adding on...I see a lot of people complain about wait time but when it comes to your child's needs it worth it. The best doctors take there time to educate you! I hope many of u reconsider your reviews. After having many negative experience with prior pediatricians. read more

Dr. Ahn and Nurse Battle have been my children's pediatrician since 2008. I have always walked into a clean, calm, professional atmosphere. Paulina is great. I always refer whoever asks for a pediatric clinic to Dr.Ahn. I love this place read more

This dr Ahn not seeing his patients in person at all even when u make a schedule appointment to see him he's only doing video calls and even if u go in you won't even see a nurse practitioner I was told by the office she's old and only comes out if she's truly need . I understand its COVID but come on Dr Ahn hiding behind his computer and not even getting a real nurse practitioner to replace him but his still getting paid the same , which is not cool for us his patients at all . This office is a joke now , if his afraid he should leave his practice or pay for a real nurse practitioner , at this point u are going in thinking u are seeing a professional instead you see a front desk receptionist or manager lol I personally leaving this place for good I recommend finding a professional office that the dr actually cares enough to even go in .... read more

Dr. Ahn is amazing with my little girl and always educates us on healthy habits. the reason i am only giving it 3 stars is because of the wait. Ive been there with an appointment, 15-20mins before my appointment and still manage to wait over an hour past my appointment time. Even when we are placed in an exam room it takes another 30-45 mins just for the doctor to see us. its very frustrating. The nurses are respectful. I will be switching doctors if the wait time does not improve. read more

I really don't understand how they make an appointment and they still made us wait 2 and a half hours but yet there is a sign in the front that says if U are gonna be late 15 minutes just reschedule don't make sense plus the staff really don't care about kids the nurse told us to undress the baby and took 40 minutes before coming back so I asked them she said she was on lunch so why the hell would u tell me to undress her read more

Dr. Ahn is a wonderful doctor. He is so caring and informative. He is also a very patient doctor, which is ideal for children.

I feel like it's rare when we actually get to see the doctor, instead we see the nurse practitioner and I'm really not fond of that system. The nurse practitioner is very 'old school' and is not up to date on current best medical practices. The wait time is often long and even though that's normal for medical offices it's just not worth it when we're not even getting to see the doctor. read more

This is my first Time here. I'm new in the HD, so I was hoping to find a pediatrician for my kids. I was actually referred by my kids previous pediatrician. So far it's horrible! I walked in and waiting room is full of ppl. Reminds me of a free clinic! Keep in mind all of these ppl waiting have appointments because no walk-ins are seen. So if these many ppl are waiting for over an hour with appointments I'm guessing I would not recommend this doctors office to any loved ones. I haven't even met the doctor! I guess I'll write about that later when I meet him. But so far NO GOOD! Too much of long wait!!!! read more

They used to be good, but as they have grown appointment times get longer. We waited over an hour past our appointment time. There receptionist didn't have the courtesy when we checked in to say that they were short staffed and very behind. Had I known that I would have rescheduled, taken my boys to school and salvaged my day. I am not very pleased that this time. read more

My kids have had this dr for over 2 years. They moved locations and now are located on the second floor. Dr.Ahn is the best.

Dr. Ahn is awesome. He takes time to answer questions and educated parents on healthy eating and health concerns. I also like that he doesn't treat everything with antibiotics. Dr knows what he is doing. There are times when there's a wait. I'd rather wait to see a dr that's gonna take time to answer then a dr who rushes out. There's a well and sick waiting rooms. The only thing is that.. Chairs are limited and it seems like going to the drs office is a family affair, where the whole family comes along grandparents, friends, aunts, uncles. Wish there was more consideration on the parents part. The office is super nice and fancy. Doesn't look like a pediatricians office, which I like. Nurse practitioner is super nice and very thorough. As well as dr she educates on health topics. If you want a dr that cares and don't mind bit of a wait, then give them a chance. read more

I moved to High Desert about 9 years ago, Dr. David Ahn has been there for us no only like a Doctor but as a friend. He takes the time to explain every single thing that he says. I kind of had a hard time at the beginning since I was use to Doctors that prescribed antibiotics as if they were candies, sometimes I would disagree with him because you want your children to be cured in a day but I'm glad he help us build my children's immune system without tons of medications. His personnel is awesome and they are knowledgeable and even though he is farther away from my house the drive is worth it, the wait sometimes is long but if you need real care from a Pediatrician that cares he is the best choice. read more

I haven't met the doctor himself yet, but I am so happy with his NP Yolanda Battle. She is just a breath of fresh air and makes me feel so welcome. When my daughter was only 2 weeks old she came down with a cold because us parents were sick. I took her to the ER and they told me she was fine because she wasn't physically coughing at the time we were there. When I got her in with Nurse Battle, she took my word for it and didn't brush me off like i was a crazy first time mom. When she developed a rash that i couldn't put my finger on with google searches, Yolanda knew right away. She talks to my daughter as if she is her grandmother and me as if I am a great mother just doing my best. My only advice with dealing with the office would be to call FIRST THING in the morning if you need a sick-appointment. The office is clean and well kept, with short waiting times. I couldn't recommend them enough! read more

The wait is crazy ridiculous. Be ready to wait at least an over your appointment time. Dr.Ahn doesn't spend much time with each patient so that's not an excuse for the wait. I went in to get my sons vaccines so he could start school. They tried to sneak in a flu vaccine without telling me and didn't even break down what vaccines he would be getting and possible side affects nurse came in didn't say a thing except I need you to hold his legs. read more

Dr. Ahn is an extremely competent physician. He has great bedside manner and allows you to ask questions and he actually takes the time to answer them. He is great with my infant son. He stays current on the ever changing medical world. I do agree with some other posts about long wait times however a Compassionate and Intelligent Pediatrician are extremely hard to come by. Therefore, even if i have to wait to see him then so be it. Another perk is the online portal that you can create and this allows you to email Dr. Ahn. I have communicated with him through this portal on several occasions and he has always responded within 24 hours. read more
