This has been another bad experience!!! I ordered my prescriptions and was told they would be ready…read morethe next day. (Friday)This was very important because I was traveling on Sunday. I waited till Saturday evening to pick them up. The two medicines were Trilogy and Ozempic. When I went to pick them up and was told both were delayed. This happens every time with the Ozempic. I was told if I could find it somewhere else, they would transfer the order. Why did they not notify me about the issue? Why didn't they find it somewhere else rather than expecting me to chase it down. I have been a longtime customer. Notification would have been nice. I am planning on moving my business because the has become a total frustration. Once or twice cann happen, but not every time. Sorry doesn't work all the time.

Easterday was amazing and I loved them but I refuse to give any business to Benzer due to the horrible service and rude workers. I rather spend more at another pharmacy where I know my Dads medicine will be handle correctly and I wont have to worry if he is missing meds due to unprofessional people who have no business working there.

Prescriptions only. Like any business, those who specialize in one thing always do it better than anyone else. In this location about 40 years speaks highly of them. They offer free delivery in the local area and the pharmacist is a gem. Her name is Ashley and she spends time answering all questions and is available by phone. If you have to wait a while, it's because they deal with dangerous drugs requiring exacting regulations and not all insurance billing goes through the first time. This isn't fast food. Be polite and your courtesy will be returned. Sometimes getting through on Monday mornings takes a few calls. People must save up all requests over weekends and run to the phone at 9 am.

When I make pizza I make it in a cast iron. I make it in a Detroit style with the caramelized cheese on the edges. To make a true Detroit style you need brick cheese. No one has it. Not Kroger, not Meijer, not Giant eagle or Acme. The distributors have it but I don't want 40 pounds. Marc's has it. I would go five stars but the store is a little unkempt. Someone needs to sweep.
