Every ingredient is blended so nicely. They used refried beans which I love and complements with grilled onions. The tacos were loaded up and everything on the taco just tasted so well. I know it looks like a mess but trust me the mess is bomb! Service is usual, not bad. Very nice people, gave some recommendations, they were also very patient. Wow! These tacos were absolutely delicious. The meat was incredibly tender and juicy. Every bite was packed with flavor. They serve it with grilled onions and taco come with cilantro, onion, salsa verde. They only serve salsa verde but it's all that's needed for their taco. The lady took our order and was friendly. MOUTH ORGASM!!!!! Hands down the best taco truck in the valley. Their food is so fresh and made to perfection. I think I recommend this taco truck to everyone I know that loves Mexican food. They put avocado grilled onions jalapeños limes on the side of the tacos and whatever else you order. It is hard to rate this business. We drove the 8 miles east from Hwy 99 to Le Grand to try this truck. Upon arrival we saw 5 customers standing around which prompted us to ask how long the wait for tacos would be. We were informed the wait was 20 minutes. We drive the 8 miles already so 20 minutes seemed doable. As we waited, we kept noticing folks walking up and getting served. One by one folks would walk up and wait a few minutes and then get their order. This happened time and time again. After waiting over 45 minutes, we finally received our order. It appeared this establishment has regulars who get prompt service and then those who are not regulars get fit in somewhere. To add insult to injury, when arrived at our destination and opened our bags of tacos to find we were short two tacos. The food was good, but the experience was not. read more

I saw them putting together a big catering/party order so I knew it was going to be a while. I can live with it. However, when I saw people who came AFTER me (one who probably came a good 20 minutes after I did) getting their food while I waited about 20 feet away from the truck, I had enough and left. I don't expect fast food turnaround times but I do expect to be treated with some sort of respect. I don't think they forgot my order either.
