I've pretty much made Marco's my go-to for all my pizza needs. Now, with that said, I've had a couple of ups and downs. There have been a couple of times when I've gotten the wrong pizza entirely or it wasn't really done in the way which I specified. However, delivery is always prompt - even on really busy nights. Customer service has always been top-notch for me (I come from a service industry background, myself). The food, even when it's been the wrong pizza, was still hot, well-seasoned, cooked very well, and the toppings have been fresh. In the two times that I've ordered something and it's been unavailable, I've gotten a call within five minutes of my online order offering an alternative or to credit back that particular portion of the order. read more

Nasty chain pizza, almost like someone decided to take a junky sauce like they use on Tombstone and cake it onto a shell from Little Caesar's. LC, Pizza Hut, Domino's, pick any of those for a better pie, if you have to go chain. It may have had borderline inedible sauce, but at least it dripped with grease the entire time. Avoid. The "CheezyBread" was neither garlic-y nor cheesy. 0/5 stars for that, and it should never, NEVER be ordered. However, the White Cheezy specialty pizza was amazing and worthy of 4/5 or maybe even 5/5 stars all on it's own. The feta and bacon really bring this pie over the top from your average national pizza chain. The store itself was crazy busy with no real organizational flow, so both ordering and picking up were kind of a hassle- from getting hung up on while trying to order to my name being taken down wrong for the order (instead of Eric they thought I said Chris) and it was pretty unprofessional. With a good manager and some time, all these kinks can be worked out, but they do need to be. I would give Marco's a shot if you live in the local area. Ordered for pickup and the pizza was hot and ready right on time, which I appreciated. I used a coupon they sent in the mail and it saved me a ton of money. Otherwise, I don't think the quality is quite worth the price. We got 2 large single toppings, pepperoni and meatball. It was the perfect amount for 3 grown men, the sauce tastes great and the meatballs were bangin, highly recommend. Crust was a little soggy though, and too greasy. I personally like some more crunch to the bread. If you like your crust softer though, than you'll probably like this place. I would only recommend eating here if you have coupons. I'm a pizza junkie, and when I heard that there was a new place to try in West Fargo I decided to give Marco's a try. I decided to go with their Deluxe Uno pizza, as I usually can't decide on what to get (aside from everything) on my pizzas! My wife wasn't in the mood for pizza, so she decided to try their Meatball Bake, and we got their CinnaSquares for dessert. The guy who took our order over the phone was pleasant, and said our food would be to us in about 45 minutes. Unsurprisingly, after 45 minutes, we received a phone call from the delivery driver; he couldn't find our place (we live at a funky address). He was very apologetic over this, so at least they care! They really pride themselves on their sauce, but I honestly thought it was a little bland. The pizza wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. My wife said the same about the meatballs, and we agreed that the dessert was just so-so. The prices were fair, and they send out enough mailer coupons that you're never wanting, so that's a plus. Overall, these guys aren't the best in town, but they're far from the worst. If you want a pizza, but are sick of the chain places (Domino's, Pizza Hut, etc.), go ahead and give these guys your business! read more

So we went in to sit down thinking it would be clean. That is a negative. It had empty napkins, dirty plates on a couple tables, and we had to use plastic forks because they didn't have any medal ones. We asked for salt, pepper, and parmesan they gave us packages. We ordered carryout on the first day they were open. It took a long time on the phone to get the order put in, but considering it was their fist day of business it was understandable. They gave us a time of 40-45 minutes for when it would be ready, which normally for carryout would be a long time, but upon arriving we could see it was VERY busy. The pizza was good, but I wouldn't say above average. They have good deals online or in the mailers they send out, so with that it is better than a Domino's or a Pizza Hut for a similar price, with more topping options, etc. read more

Tried Marco's after finding a coupon and really glad I did. I think the thing that sets Marco's apart from other pizza places is the crust, cheese and volume of toppings. I have had the Pepperoni Magnifico twice and the Bacon Double Cheeseburger once. The pies were so good that Marco's is now my pizza place. I am excited for family to visit so I can have them try this pizza. With coupon's the price is very competitive with the other big chains in the area. Delivery is fast. read more

I've ordered loads of times for pick up and eating in and haven't had a negative experience yet (not that they could never happen, just haven't yet.) The prices are very good and the pizzas are delicious. I'm particularly fond of the Old World Pepperoni, it's amazing! This pizza isn't for overloading the toppings, though, it overpowers the awesome a bit. The workers have always been very friendly when I go in and I love the laid-back atmosphere. I compare it to a more chill Jimmy John's. This isn't to everyone's taste, but I love being able to joke around with the workers, it cheers a starving person up and stops them from being grumpy. At least it works that way with me. Love the breadsticks, too, I could make that a meal any day. read more

Just moved to Fargo from Florida and we haven't even unpacked the truck so I obviously wasn't going to cook. My daughter was begging for pizza the whole trip so finally we decided to order. I called and the lady who answered the phone was very courteous plus we already had a coupon for a large pizza! SCORE! She said it would be about an hour. Great pizza the first time it was ordered. But all of our subsequent orders have been disappointing. When you have three hungry kids ages 4 and under, and the pizza shows up 2 hours after the delivery time it takes a special kind of delivery person to help accomplish said "feat". This is actually a 0 star rating, but you can't enter that! Very bad last experience. I ordered online for lunch delivery a salad. when they arrived, it was not correct. I called and talked to Josh there, he proceeded to tell me that they were behind since the door was locking when they got there (delivery time was good), and said he would get a corrected salad out to me within the next 10 minutes. After waiting almost an hour and a half, I called back. He then told me both him and the Manger looked at the order and said it didn't say anything about the omissions but never did say they were still brining my corrected order. He also told me they ran out of lettuce! I told him, it stated on my online order confirmation email as well as the receipt the items I did not want. The 2 stars are for somewhat easily navigated website and friendly delivery driver. I had to search online for coupons, I do appreciate other online ordering make them available thru their website. I also had to go thru the full site vs. Mobile ordering feature for easier navigation. As for the food easily the worst pizza I've ever had, the toppings are from a can and low quality, they attempt to over that with extra cheese on everything. Very littler sauce but it's only flavor was tart, out of season tomato, there was no hint of oregano, basil or any other spice one might use in a pizza sauce. I called to order for the first time. I live in West Fargo east of Sheyenne and just south of 32nd. App couldn't find my house address so i called. Obviously when they attempted to enter address guy at store had the same problem. Instead of saying lets figure this out so you can get your order. He says we must not deliver to you if our system can't find your house. It is a confusing address but that's the city's fault not mine. OK. We got delivery, not sure if you can dine-in or not... I think that the pizza crust tastes like on a "Tombstone" pizza from the local grocery store. Our pizza was undercooked for our liking. We took it out of the box, and put it into our own pizza oven to brown the top. The net result was decent (but messy to get it out of the box and onto a pan). I placed an order online while it was snowing. The online ordering system was still up and happily accepted my money. I waited 40 minutes to receive a salad and breadsticks. I called the store and there was no answer, after trying several times I assumed they closed and gave up. I left feedback on marco's website expressing my disappointment in that the store would still take an order even if it was closed and no message about it being so. I can totally understand them closing but the fact they still took my money bothers me. I received a follow up for Joe, who I assume is the owner, Who basically told me that it was my fault for not calling the store and making sure they were open before placing my order and that they were the only pizza place open, which is interesting since I ordered from Papa Johns 40 mins after waiting and they had no problems getting to me. And that it was too much trouble for him to close the online ordering system. So after blaming me for the issue and offering no apology for the inconvience, I expressed my dismay at the level of service he provided and told me that I am "one of those customers" who there is no pleasing. All I wanted was an apology and my money back. I received an attitude and an am getting a check that I will have to go deposit, wasting more of my time.
