Pizza was nice & fresh & tasty! As far as service this location is pretty good. They move fast but still attentive to what you want on your pizza. They seemed kind too. The lines can get pretty long pretty quickly but it still moves smoothly. They also keep the place pretty clean. Workers were cleaning the tables as customers left. There is not much difference between the two and thick is quite a bit pricier. They need a true thick crust. Their crust just does not stand up to their toppings. They have great drink options. I was in Fargo last week for business and it worked that I could meet my grandson for lunch. He picked Blaze which I had not heard of and we met at the restaurant around noon. A most unique concept and a very well laid out restaurant with lots of windows and great clean interior. It was make your own and a concept I had not seen before and we stepped up and ordered and it was pretty painless and easy. And I loved the idea of them having Mexican coke in bottles. It seems to have a different flavor and zing to it and they also had fountain and regular coke in bottles if so desired. Pizzas came in fast order and it was hot and very good, crust had great flavor. Not wow wow, but pizza I would get again for sure. And plenty for me as I could not finish and nice little take home boxes available. My grandson had had a pesto sauce and chicken and I should have tried a bite, but I was full and not a chicken on pizza fan. Staff were all eager Beavers and were there to help which was nice. I have written about this before. Blaze Pizza is delicious, but this thoroughly grosses me out. The bins that hold the dough balls, which become your pizza crust, are frequently FILTHY (see photo). I dont want my pizza dough coming out of a dirty, crusty bin like this. Blaze needs to re-evaluate procedures and fix this. read more

We stopped in for lunch. Service was great and the pizza was awesome! We had the red vine pizza and we requested feta cheese and artichoke hearts. My husband calls it Subway for pizza, but the ingredients far surpass what Subway offers for their sub sandwiches. Regardless, this place is great. You can build your pizza to your liking, no questions asked. The workers also will help you if you're not quite sure what would go well together. I started with the Green Stripe pizza, but subbed spinach for the arugula leaves. I also added pesto sauce in addition to the pesto drizzle, tomatoes, green peppers, and banana peppers were all additions to the base pizza of the green stripe. It was delicious!!
