As of yesterday evening after a long day at work, my child who was just getting over the flu , was craving pizza , so , with SO many pizza places in Sidney about 10-12 to choose from !!!! We chose Marco's pizza ! Put in a phone order to PICK IT UP !!!!!! ( not to be delivered ) saying the pizza was going to be done within 45 min. I thought yea , it's Saturday night , they must be busy , so my husband goes to pick up the pizza , subs , and cheesy bread , arriving there about 5 minutes early , pays for the order , THEN is told it's going to be ANOTHER 30-40 minutes !!!!!! WTF ???????? He sees the subs in the " window " ( warmer ) well they FORGOT to make the cheesy bread , well as our order is " dying in the window , it's he waits , finally home about 7:15 , ( when placing the order at 6:00 ) needless to say , that will be the LAST time I order from there !!!!!! Sad to say , because their pizzas have Always been consistently been good , BUT the poor LACK of customer service ???? Totally outweighed the quality of food !!!!!! Advice ?????....... Have yourselves a decent MANAGER running the place during business hours , instead of a bunch of idiots that don't even give a rats ass about service !!!!!!!! read more
