This particular location of Marco's Pizza is overall a good location with a friendly staff and if you are unfamiliar with Marco's Pizza, while they are a national pizza chain (which I often compare to a fast-food version of pizza), they are pretty good. Marco's Pizza got its start in Oregon, Ohio back in 1978 and in the decades since, Marco's Pizza has grown to over one thousand locations since then. That in itself is pretty impressive. Think about it, when Marco's Pizza first opened, disco and punk rock were new musical styles and "National Lampoon's Animal House" and "Close Encounters of the Third Kind" were new movies in the theaters. I bring this up so you can realize how long Marco's Pizza has been around. They definitely have some history. As I said, Marco's Pizza is a national pizza chain and compared to other national pizza chains, Marco's Pizza is definitely enjoyable. If you are craving pizza and you are in the area, I would definitely recommend this particular location of Marco's Pizza. People have been enjoying this pizza back when disco balls were the ambiance in nightclubs and people were laughing at John Belushi was making us laugh and Steven Spielberg had us looking to the heavens in a different way. Usually average service; however, while Covid is going on.....by the way, had already paid for pizza in person, with cash. I saw pizza being made with no gloves and the only person with a mask was guy at front. And my pizza took too long and they were supposed to bring it out to the car and eventually went inside to see why it was taking so long.... Our pizza was ready and sitting. Never brought it out. Poor customer service. Ordered delivery again today. They screwed up our order and was told we were too far away for them to bring us the fix and if we wanted it we could come to the restaurant and pick up rest of our order. We ordered from them probably 15+ times this year and would guess we only got about 50% of the orders right. We have always put up with it because of the lack of good pizza but tonight was our last order from them. Tonight was last straw. Know that you need to check everything before you pay and be ok w not getting what you ordered if you do order from here. Will be looking for new pizza place. read more

This is the best pizza in Rockledge. The Cheesy bread is a must-order is you like cheesy carb overload. The pizza can be ordered with Parmesan crust and it elevates the pizza to scrumptious. There are local coupons that make the prices reasonable to cheap, and the service is always prompt and polite. read more

Ordered today for a party and when I came back from picking up the order one of the items was not there. Went back down there to pick it up and the manger was LESS THAN FRIENDLY!!!! Being in management level myself this is a great way to LOOSE customers which he did. And I will let other people know how lousy the service is too. A simple I'm sorry would have been enough.... We've ordered pizza from here regularly throughout the years and we love this place. A variety of awesome pizzas to choose from or just create your own. Everything is always fresh and hot when we pick up. 45 minutes for delivery when you're 2.2 miles away is a bit too long when I can pick up myself in 15. But I think that's with most delivery? Not good. Definitely the pizza of a chain restaurant. Obvious frozen crust, cheap sauce which has hint of onions in it (yuck) and generic cheese. I made the mistake of getting the two for one deal. Looks like the raccoons will be happy because there's no way I'm eating the leftovers. I moved to Rockledge in December and my cousin had Marcos pizza in the fridge. So I decided to also give them a try. So far, this pizza has been the only pizza delivery I have had at my home. I have had no problems and satisfied with the food, delivery, and customer service! I like that I can order online and the pizza comes within about 20 min, pretty fast! The delivery employees are always very nice. There was one time I had a few things in the order and they ran out of boxes for the wings, so they put them in a different type of box. The delivery driver noticed immediately when he looked at the receipt to recite to me and let me know...he thought the order was wrong. He felt compelled to make it right and said he would run back to the store to correct it, then came back to my house to let me know. Honestly, I thought the attention to make sure my order was right and coming back to validate was responsible of him even though, the order was correct the whole time. Just shows they care. Terrible customer service!!! I placed an order here and was double charged for no reason when I called and asked the rude manager said that it was my banks fault when that has never happened before. Clearly they ran the ticket twice and refused to admit it. When i asked for a refund because i was fed up with the rude manager arguing with me he hung up on the phone on me! Poor customer service. The pizza was burnt and called to let the manager know. He was condescending and rude. Finally was able to get the burnt item replaced. Wrote a review on the email they send on how did we do, never got a response back from them. Their loss. I definitely will not be back as a customer. read more

Their pizza is always very good. I've had it a couple times and it's always very tasty. Had the wings for the first time though. The buffalo sauce was pretty tasty, has a good amount of spice to it, which I love. The one thing I couldn't stand tho is that they are really soggy. do not ever order from marco's pizza!!!! i ordered a medium pizza, 1/2 florentine and 1/2 pepperoni for a total of $17.65. due to the incompetence of the employee, my visa was charged 4 times which reduced my available credit by an extra $52.95. when i called the manager to report the mistake and to make sure 3 of those 4 charges were removed immediately, he acted as if he was just too busy to be bothered. then when my pizza arrived, it was 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 plain which does not cost as much as 1/2 florentine so i was overcharged for the pizza i received!!!!!! i have ordered from this marco's for 5 years but will never order again. i suggest no one go there and go to another pizza restaurant on murrell at wickham which actually has much better pizza for the same price. apparently, the manager of marco's does not make sure his employees are trained properly and brushes off their huge mistakes, causing hardship and inconvenience for the customer. read more
