We always enjoy Marcos Pizza! Its great quality versus other quicker pizza places. I received an email for an extra large 2 topping pizza for $14.99 and thats a large enough pizza to feed my large family at least for an after school snack! Not gonna lie...this is my go to chain if I need taste, quality and lately...value. Marco's doesn't do deep discounts like the big two or thee chains but when a mom and pop is charging $50 for two mediums, Marco's might as well be hot n ready in price. The staff at this location has always been extremely friendly and helpful. The place is always clean and I've never had an order that was even eh...it's always been correct and always at the very least company standard. Can't recommend enough and I am 100% mom and pop pizza advocate. read more

DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! I ordered 2 large pizzas ; and both didn't taste right had a flavor of vomit in the pizza sauce. I ate 3 slices and no more than 2 hours later had severe stomach cramps ; and diarrhea . I reported this to the SNHD (Health Dept) hopefully they close this disgusting place down. Had been a customer for over 20 years never ever again!!! read more

I love the pizza but when i order online there's no option to pay with cash . generally thats how i pay .so last order I called it in and cash was accepted yet I wasn't credited with the order and therefore nothing was added to my "bonus points" towards $10 off set up . I don't know why this change was made but I'll wait until it's reverted back to cash payments before I make any more orders . read more

The food is great but the customer is deplorable. Two days in a row Wednesday and Thursday 30 mins for carryout. Today there we 2 pies on screen and yester there was only one. These are pizzas they have to make. Then the oven only takes 12-15 mins. It's vexing that it take 30 mins for carry out. There was three pies in the oven today but yesterday only one. Despite One person making pies, shouldnt take 30 mins. It would be much faster if ladies werent gossiping and acrually working in addition to other employes just standing around. This place used to be good but i see some staff change has cause employees to be comfortable with being lazy. You know qho isnt 30 mins wait for carry out even with 7 pies to make? Pizza hut and papa johns ( who had 9 pies today and i was still out in 25 mins. Suppose we will have to go bavk to papa or pizza hut. Sad because pizza at marcos is so much better. However, not that good to wait 30 mins for carryout when clearly you werent pizza. read more

So, I am sitting and waiting for my order. There's an employee prepping the dough. He stops and picks up his cell phone and then goes back to touching the dough. I also watched him scratch his ear, not to mention he was wearing NO food handler's GLOVES. Just nasty!! Marcos Pizza has to do better. read more

This is for the restaurant located at 4770 West Ann Rd Ste 7 North Las Vegas, Nevada. Ordered an extra-large two topping pizza via the App at approximately 6 PM on Sunday. Pizza arrived about 40 minutes later via delivery. Upon opening the box noticed it was the wrong pizza. The attached itemized order was correct but the pizza did not match what we ordered. Called the store to tell them we wanted the correct order. Clerk told us it would be remade correctly and we would get it delivered around 7:30 PM. After about five minutes called back and inquired if we could receive a discount since we had to wait for another pizza. Clerk told us we would receive a $5 credit on our account to be used the next time we ordered. At about 7:40 PM we called back only to find out that they did not remake our correct order because we received a $5 credit. Um... what? The clerk we spoke to both times seemed very confused as if he had only been working there a day or so. Not being able to get anywhere with that clerk he put Ethan on the phone. Ethan told us they would only give us a full refund if we returned the other pizza and there was at least 80% left. 1. Why do you need the other pizza back? Do you think we are trying to scam a free pizza? 2. You made a mistake again by not replacing my order because the clerk said we wanted a credit instead of another pizza. Wrong! Why would I want to pay $30 for the wrong pizza, and a $5 credit for a future purchase and no replacement pizza? 3. What does returning 80% of the pizza accomplish? I understand if we received the second order but by attempting a third time to make it right and we would have to wait another 30 - 40 minutes I shouldn't be asked to return the original pizza. We told them we didn't want to wait so don't make another one just refund our money. So the next thing you do, if you care about having a return customer, is apologize profusely, refund our money minus the tip and for our inconvenience tell us to keep the original pizza. 4. What do you do with the pizza we returned? It likely goes in the trash so what is the point in returning it? So, just let me summarize. I spend $25 plus a $5 tip to receive the wrong order. Not getting to eat for 2+ hours after the initial order. Being extorted by being told if I don't return at least 80% of the original order that I won't get a refund. A measly $5 credit on a future order that I will never use because I will never order from this Marcos location or any Marcos location again. A 15+ year customer that will go elsewhere. Bob... Tell them what they won. This review and losing a customer. P.S. I will update if I actually get a refund since being told it will be a day before it is reflected on my account. read more

Pizza bowls (no bread) are sold as serving two people. I have eaten many picked up from this location. I get the all meat and my wife likes pineapple, onion, and bacon. So we get two. She get two meals out of hers and although I eat all of mine I shouldn't. Until today. Mine didn't fill me and she ate all of hers. Thin, less of everything. I suppose it is the more profitable way to make them. Let's see how profitable lost business is...bye bye Marco's. read more

I ordered my pizza, spoke with someone on the phone and was told my pizza was going into the over right now. I arrived a few minutes later, was told the pizza should be another 15-20 minutes while it cooked. Seemed odd, to take 15-20 minutes just to bake it. But I waited... and waited... and waited. At some point, I suddenly realized I had been waiting over 25 minutes. I asked again. Now I am told, oh gee, looks like it is going in the oven right now. I am getting upset, but I wait, then I walk outside, come back in about 10 minutes later. I am now told; the pizza had actually never been made. But not to worry, they just now made it and it is in the oven right now. Now I am mad. I talk to the (apparently) 12-year-old assistant manager, Noah, who offers me a free bottle of soda for my trouble. That is ridiculous. I tell him if I was in his place, there is now way would offer the customer anything less than getting the order for free, since I was lied to about the status of my order, twice. He gives me a smirk and says that is just too unreasonable and he simply could not do that. Another customer is there, and starts to complain to him as well, stating he is being rude and the offer is an insult, considering what has happened here. He continues his smirk and then puts me in front of the GM, Samantha, who offers the same smirk and the same offer of a bottle of soda. But wait, I am even offered a brownie (wow, they are really pulling out all the stops now). This is just ridiculous. After going around with these fools, it is obvious they just do not care and they think I am way out of line. I waited in all, over 40 minutes for this order... AFTER I was told the pizza was in the oven. And they actually all believed, to the very end that they handled this properly. They were so outrageous in their behavior that another customer who had nothing to do with this was equally upset over their attitudes. People, just stay away from this place. They do not care about the customer and in today's world, we all deserve better, since there are always going to be other, better options out there. read more

Ordered from here a few times the pizza is decent the topping are expensive like $1.50-$3.00 Each time I have ordered the food has not been ready on time and this time I was told they were "rushed" I placed my pizza order online and it said it would be done at 7:01 and with this 20 minutes of my wasted time I sadly right this poor review as the customer service was lacking, there is lack of standing room to talk to employees and for people to wait, the pizza tastes fine it is truly nothing special for the price you pay. Cook your own pizza or call ahead to a place that actually knows what they are doing. read more

My pizza was old, cold, hard and tasted disgusting. I had my food delivered, I was told I could only get half of my money back and I had to give the pizza back. Since it was delivered, I said fine. Please have the driver to come back and get it. Then the manager stated I would then have to pay another deliver fee. The manager that night was really rude and unreasonable. She should be fired. This location sucks. The sand-which was also burnt and disgusting. read more

They won't accept their own emailed coupons. "Oh that code isn't working". I wanted to order multiple pizzas - as advertised in their email which shows which store is nearest. But their app is beyond awful, so I called the store. The employee wanted to charge me 40% more then the coupon I was mailed. He knew of the coupon, just refused to honor it. Bizarre. read more

Worst customer service EVER! We ordered our pizzas online and we walked in to get them and the manager said they were wrong. They had to remake them. 15 minutes later they were remade and they were wrong again. Then they were remade. Wrong again then finally made again. In total, we waited 45 min to get the right order. Tried Marco's pizza for the first time. We got the Chicken Florentine. It was seriously delicious, and they use garlic seasoning on the crust! Yum! I ordered online and got curbside pickup. They brought it to my car. Pizza was made pretty quick and still hot. They called me when they didn't see my car, so A+ for communication. Seriously, it was delicious and will be our new go-to spot. The only thing was that a Medium pizza was barely bigger than a personal-sized pizza. So really only feed 2 people. Was about $17 with tax, so a bit expensive for a pizza of that size. They did have a $7 medium pizza deal for one-topping though. read more

Normally order from here, however this past Friday my order was the worst I've ever experienced. Pizza got here and half the toppings had slid off. The center of the pizza was very thin and the hot pizza sauce made it so soggy you couldn't even hold it. The mushrooms normally taste fresh- but this time tasted like the gross ones from a can. Marco's Pizza is amazing. If it were more affordable, I'd order pizza at Marco's more often. This is exactly why you should only order when you have a coupon or order on a Monday, when you can get a large 1-topping pizza with delicious cheesy bread for $13.99 (online offer). Yup, I pretty much bide my time like an evil genius until a glorious coupon opportunity arises. The pizza here is irresistibly cheesy and the ingredients are fresh. You can pick a crust topper flavor for free. I usually go with garlic parmesan. The cheesy bread is the bomb diggity! Love it! The cheesy bread is the size of a small pizza, seriously. One (or maybe two) sauces are included with the bread. I'd recommend the marinara or garlic sauce. I usually order carry-out from here. Customer service is great. Figured it was worth stopping in. No customers inside but there were some third party deliveries going on and a the phone was busy . We gave (or tried to) place our order but the brand new POS system wasn't cooperating with the cashier, so it took awhile for her to get it done and she finally had to write down my toppings on my pizza since the program was balky. We ordered spaghetti and meatballs (with salad and garlic bread) and an 18inch four topping combo. Now an 18 inch pizza is huge, I knew I'd have maybe two slices and the rest would be vacuum sealed once I got home. It took about 20'minutes for our order to come out. Spaghetti and meatballs first. A large portion of spaghetti , more sauce than we typically put on at home and two large meatballs. The meatballs were just ok, we prefer meatballs that are not triple ground to paste inside. The noodles were a little less than al dente, but the sauce was decent. The salad looked and tasted fresh, served in a regular china dish , not some take out container. The pizza came out a few minutes later, hot, but not burn the top of your mouth hot. Crunchy end of the crust and the body of the pizza was firm except for the very end. You could still do the Phila. or NYC fold on the slice. I'd order it more well done next time. Sauce and cheese not overwhelming. It was a pretty good deal for $27.00 and change since toppings on that size are $3.50 a topping . Taste wise, pretty similar to what I appreciated from an east coast pie. I guess I would have like a bit hotter pie though . The 18 inch pie took up most of the table so maybe a raised tray would have been better. I enjoyed the slices I ate, my dining partner said the crust was good as well as her spaghetti... A couple of minor negatives.... 3% credit card convenience fee added to the bill. (Yeah a lot of places doing that) It would be nice if that was noted on the menu or on the counter. I'm sure probably 95 % of folks use a card or something to pay so that fee was probably on most checks. They offer a military discount but with the trouble utilizing the POS system, it could no be arranged. So all in all a very good pizza and a pretty extensive menu. I'm going to be back that way Wednesday and I'm pretty sure I will stop in for lunch, (we'll see if the they get the POS system fixed by noon when I hope to amble in) I want to try one of their calzones definetly coming back.

Those slicing styles did not detract from the taste . Not a huge amount of sauce and just enough cheese. The crust edges were similar to Detroit style and the remainder of the thick crust was not overly heavy and actually pretty light. All in all a pretty good pie. It was interesting to watch one of the out of towners pick all the toppings off after he was the one that wanted those particular toppings.... But then he only ate half a piece anyway. So bottom line, pretty good pizza, good web ordering process, the pizza was ready when promised. Didn't ask about military discount since the check was closed at the time of online order.

We spent a solid portion of dinner fielding questions from our seven year old about why there were half naked WWE wrestlers on every TV. Personally, I would not be mad if they swapped in some old Star Wars movies, but that is just my preference. I get that it is part of their thing and it clearly works for them.
