If I could give it 6 stars I would. These are hands down the best breakfast burritos in all of Denver. I usually get the steak breakfast burrito with potatoes and egg with cheese. I ordered delivery off Grubhub. The tacos were listed as coming with rice and beans. I paid ~5 per taco because it's supposed to come with rice and beans. But the two tacos were squeezed together in a box without rice/beans. you need to correct the menu on Grubhub -- otherwise it's fraud. read more

I've been going here since he got the old trailer from his uncle who used to be there years before him (about 9 years). I worked at the DPS service building and I've had at least a 100 breakfast burritos there. I don't know if they got any better at rolling burritos over the years but initially they couldn't roll one to save their lives. Love this food truck setup right next to my current job office. I like the Marcos breakfast special. Potato, egg, cheese, bacon and chorizo sausage. The size of this thing is the claims as a chipotle burrito and only costs $6. I will say that they are quite greasy once you get to the bottom of the burrito but it's worth it once in a while. read more

First off, i will say that I should have reviewed Marco's a long time ago because I have not been recently. I work in walking distance and started going to Marco's when my car was in the shop. Its run by a nice, friendly guy who always have time to chat it up with you if you become a regular there. I was the first at my job to start going there, but not too long after I told them, lost of people from my office started walking over to him. You can order ahead of time too so your trip is quicker. I recommend going a bit before, or a bit after standard lunch times because he does get busy. My faves are the steak quesadilla and the bacon breakfast burrito with extra bacon. The food is always cooked to order, so its fresh, but again, sometimes you have to wait for a little bit. Pricing is pretty standard, but its worth it. Give this young man a shot. read more

Marcos Mexican Grill serves up fast, fresh and affordable Mexican food. I especially love the green chili burrito--SPICY! The location can be a little tricky to find (7th and Federal area) but it's well worth it. Give them a call if you have any trouble finding this exceptional food truck. You will find the food addicting and this is the kind of place you will be telling your friends and family about. These guys have a great thing going and in hoping we see them branch out with more locations. As to the 3 star post about the potatoes in the burritos, that seems a little nuts. If he eats there everyday he would know nothing comes close. Casa Bonita should take a page out of Marcos' book. He charges next to nothing for amazing Mexican fare. With only 1 person in front of us, our order of 4 tacos took NINE MINUTES. This is a food truck, people. Why does it take nine minutes to slap together 4 tacos? We arrived around 11:45 am on a Friday - it's not like they had just opened and had to prepare the food. If we had been informed of the ~10 minute wait, I'd be much less irritated. We ordered 2 beef and 2 carnitas tacos. Both tacos were incredibly wet. Like, dripping an oz of fluid per taco. Beef is not high quality and I highly recommend staying away. Carnitas were actually fantastic and I'd come back to eat those again if the wait wasn't so long. Would love to try their other dishes but again ... who wants to wait 9 minutes standing around at a food truck? read more

Stopped here for the first time today and was fantastically pleased! Got the breakfast burrito (which was huge!), a couple tacos, and the chilie cheese fries. Everything was great! Service was quick and you get a ton of food for a decent price. Will be stopping by again! :) read more

Ok people, it's rare I give praise this lavish, but this place deserves a 6!!!! You wont find anything healthy on the menu. It's all crunchy, greasy, salty goodness that quite frankly, I'd stoop down to pick up a piece I dropped in a bus stop bathroom. I'm sitting here with a chorizo breakfast burrito wishing I had 19 more to eat. It's that good. You can't go wrong with anything on their menu. ANYTHING. They even have a chili cheese fries burrito which I fully intend to do justice to at lunch. Oh yeah, the prices are great too. Everything is under $9 from my glance at the menu. There are no tables, so be prepared to eat sitting on the street side or in your car. But either way, you should drop what you are doing (unless you are already driving here) and get down here to try this amazing place! read more

I go to Marco's more than most as I work in their neighborhood. I have a love/hate relationship with Marco's which is why they get a 3. Their $5 cheeseburger might be the best in town and they have new street tacos that are very very good. However, their breakfast burritos have way too many potatoes in them and they are unfrozen ore-ida type hashbrowns. If you are familiar with breakfast tacos re: Texas than you have an idea of how much egg they put in a huge tortilla. It's junior varsity. read more

Tried Marco's Mexican Grill out for the first time and I'm a little disappointed ...... Disappointed that I didn't eat here sooner... A friend has been telling me about it for a while and I just never went to try but I'm glad I did because it will be on my rotation of places to eat throughout the week. OK, Yelp put out a nice e-mail on Breakfast burritos and included a some businesses that got great reviews. Gomez Burritos and La Fuentes were 2 that looked promising. Now I also know a bunch of you love Santiago's. What you need to do is try and find this place. Across from Ready Foods and it is Mobile, not a roach coach, but a really good, cooking mobile unit. I've had the 3 of their burritos and if you want to get full, these are really good burritos. Get the loaded one, which has Chorizo, Bacon, sausage potatoe, egg, cheese and green chile. They are awesome and fresh. Warning, the Temperature is hot because they are hot off the grill. Drive around and eat it a little later. Awesome food, get their punch card and tell Joe I sent you. I used to work around the corner from them and would stop for breakfast burritos frequently. The burritos are huge and very good. I typically eat half and save the rest for lunch and my wife still knows when I get home because I am not hungry for dinner. The green chili has tasty big chunks of pork in it and it always seems to have just the right spice. I have only had the Marco's Breakfast Special burrito but have talked to others I see often and they say it is all good. read more

It was our first time to Denver and we we're ready for lunch. We drove past Marco's looking for a place where we could sit down and eat. We smelled the food cooking and turned the car around immediately. I can't tell you how happy I am we came across Marcos!! The street tacos (I got two- one chicken and one carnita) were so good that I was devastated I would have to go back to Atlanta knowing we don't have a Marco's here. My fiance got the burrito. It was six bucks, the size of his head, and just as good as the tacos. Please let me know if you ever make the drive down south. read more
