That wasn't the case AT ALL. The dance floor was packed the whole night. Lots of thanks and love!

There is nothing NOT 5 star about Villa Barone, Nick ,the owner and the entire staff. If there was…read morea 10 star experience, we would give it. Our son Jacob married the love of his life, Danielle, whom we LOVE, on August 21st, a Friday evening wedding and it was SPECTACULAR ! This establishment runs like a well oiled machine and as business owners in the area for over 50 years, we know what that is ! We were treated like a family member from the start and it only got better and better as the months grew closer to the one of the most important days of our families lives. Our daughter Jessica was in the wedding party which made it even more special. Everyones (our guests) pictures came out awesome and looked like a professional took them, because of all the beautiful back drops and high-end decor the interior offers. The food and service was amazing. We waited for nothing. The price was very reasonable, in fact the most affordable out of every place we visited in Westchester and Putnam Counties, and the location was perfect, especially for the weary travelers coming in from California and Virginia, as we live in Mahopac and wanted to put them up with our surrounding families homes in the area and invite them to an after party on Saturday at our home . All perfection! We cannot recommend Villa Barone Hilltop Manor any higher !! They delivered in every way and made Jacob and Danielles wedding one that will be talked about for months to come. Thank you Nick and Staff for delivering everything you promised and more. Our Maitre d' was #1, he ran the show that evening seamlessly. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts, as we are so happy for the memories and Jake and our beautiful new family member Danielle, to start them off on this new chapter in their lives with smiles and pride and 5 star memories of their magnificent wedding day, filled with so much love, family and friends to witness at this Incredible Venue. Our guests will continue to spread their 5 star reviews to all their friends and families. With so much graditude, Krissie and Jay Hansmann

For that party experience complete with private dressing room before your big event, very nice…read moretable service and food, this space is perfect for any occasion. Oozing pillar bliss, this Villa Barone, (not to mistake this as the location in Throggs Neck) offers the most sought-after destination for meetings, weddings, social events- even hubs' grand niece's Sweet 16th we attended on a rainy Sunday. This Mahopac location has a grand bar as you enter and several function rooms that you can book and customize to suit your event based on your party size. The girl's family picked a room for about 100 people comfortably with adequate space to fill large oblong tables on each side of the room and a dance floor in between. The family brought their own decorations to zhusz up the space to their liking. Food options looked fresh and the fish in lemon sauce rocked big time. Simple, but for a party hall, it was done right and so was everything else that was hand-served buffet-styled. The family picked this space for a reason because they feel it's a radiant and beautiful space that made their event a hit.

When we complained we were told that the kids were quiet when they were in the theatre, but were running around outside the room. Thats a problem! But actually we were in the last row of the adjoining theater and we could hear them in the room itself. So there is that. We all also thought it was unusual to exit the theater and walk-through the main bar/lobby to leave and see one of the staff men sitting at the bar with an undershirt tank top on. First of all it isn't the summer, but even still aren't they expected to wear their uniforms while on duty? It was very unusual.

I'm not complaining! Loved the large extended leather chairs, great sound and truly what seemed like a private showing -- I mean we're talking 'small,' as in 'tiny!' Pretty cool! The only negative was the fact people (adults) sat on the one side and let their kids go ape $#*! on the other side! Remember, this is a SMALL venue. It reminded me of what I hate about a similar cinema in Pleasantville -- a lot of privileged people on their phones, feet on the chairs, talking... but I digress! Anyway, I can't wait to go back and see something else, and hopefully in the same theater. If I see kids again, I'm getting my money back! I really want to know if the other theaters are the same size or larger. Assuming larger! Oh, parking was brutal -- almost non-existent!
