A Perfect Blend Entertainment handled the music for our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception, as…read morewell as our DJ booth for our June 24, 2023 wedding.  Mario was our head DJ and he was INCREDIBLE.  We met about 8-10 months out from the wedding to discuss our general vision, at which point we secured his services and gained access to our web portal where we were able to start loading content (song choices for each segment of our event, must pays, do not plays, etc) and get started on the general vibe of the party.  Then as we approached the wedding, we had more contact to select our custom photo booth strips (they make you a scrapbook with everyone's photo strips!! how cute!!) and to solidify choices, get the mixes right, and make sure everything is cohesive.   A Perfect Blend is VERY familiar with our venue (FEAST at Round Hill) so they also provided uplighting and were able to mount speakers in the entire venue, making it a fully rounded experience. I'd fully recommend this service if you're looking for a wedding or event DJ - they asked questions we wouldn't have thought of (age group of our guests - suggested where to do the cake cutting to make sure the dance floor didn't empty out, etc), which made our lives easier during this hectic time. 10/10 for sure!!!

DJ Wess was a mess. First of all, I worked very hard on the playlist for my wedding reception and…read moreasked him to play the playlist while also making sure the dance floor was full, so if he had to go off-playlist to do that, he had permission. However, he went almost fully off playlist and barely played any of the playlist of my music that I worked so hard on. He only plays 70s and 80s disco music and oldies which is fine for a little while but he never switched up the genre until I specifically asked him to. HE GOT OUR RECEPTION ENTRANCE SONG WRONG AND OUR FIRST DANCE SONG. I had to run away from my husband to go tell him it was the wrong song and then run back. Very embarrassing. He allowed a request from a guest and sung happy birthday to one of the guests DURING OUR CAKE CUTTING. Multiple guests have said that he sucked and they feel bad for me. My mom forced me to use him for whatever reason but I am filled with regret. I only get one wedding.
