He spent a lot of phone conversations getting to know us so he could tell what music we liked. His questionnaire was very thorough and he played everything we asked and more. He even got our elderly guests out of their seats and dancing! He worked with us every step of the way and even knew how to handle our parents who had some very specific requests (which he was able to fulfill while still honoring what we wanted). On the day of he was great about checking in with us when he wanted to switch up the mood, even saying at one point, "I know you said no country, but I really feel like Shania Twain's "Man I feel like a Woman would fit really well here'".
