No one really enjoys spending money on renovation projects, but we were so pleased with the results, and feel the money was well spent. From their first visit to discuss options and provide an estimate, through the entire project, they were professional, courteous, responsive and friendly. A special thanks to Gayle and Patrick. If you need anything done to your pool, give the Pool Company a call. I know that you won't be sorry. Steven T. (Spotsylvania)

When we were discussing the scope of the work, he kept randomly quoting some Patriotic quote that made me more and more uncomfortable the more he said it because he was coming off like a "Proud Boy" that was triggered by how nice my home was considering a young black single woman bought it. After I caught on to what he pulled with the bill and went to his store to discuss it, he gaslit tf out of me saying he was no longer doing business with ME to save face in front of the new young woman at the desk I'm certain he's attracted to - reframing me as the issue not his politics and greed. Michael is a Pool Wizard!…read more Due to my own neglect from not closing and covering the pool last year, what was once a pool was quickly turning into a pond. Michael came out, educated me on what causes algae and simple ways to prevent it, then got right to work. He came fully prepared and brought all of his own equipment, which prevented having to run all of the algae and debris through my pool system. I'll admit, I was skeptical that he would be able to get it done the same day, not that he would be able to bring it back to clear, but skeptical about it being done in one visit as it was REALLY bad. I've opened the pool myself in previous years dealing with the same algae situation, but not quite as bad as this year and it took me days and an obnoxious amount of money spent on chemicals as advised by the local pool store. Michael had it from green to clear in only about 3 hours, and that was with me constantly interrupting him and asking questions the whole time. He was more than reasonably priced. He did not try to gouge or take advantage of the situation, just all-around honest guy. Michael is polite, passionate about what he does, and extremely professional. He truly knows his stuff. In the 12 years of having this pool, this has been the most positive interaction and outcome I've had with any professional who serviced my pool. I highly recommend Michael, or as I have appropriately renamed him, "The Pool Wizard." You absolutely will not be disappointed!

Very reasonable price and he is not the type of person that comes in start the timer in the clock, he will make sure the pool is completely clean before going even if it goes beyond his time.

Firstly, the pool is GORGEOUS! They not only installed it well and very quickly, they made sure to spend hours cleaning it before presenting it to us. It was pristine. Secondly, they are reliable beyond belief. Each day they arrived on time to do what needed to be done. We had terrible weather during our project but as soon as it cleared up, they were right there getting the job done. This all is a rare quality among contractors! Thirdly, they are a family owned business and such nice people. I know I can trust them and enjoy talking to them bc they are professional and good. And lastly, they treated our property well. Having done this before, we knew there would be some damage that comes from gravel trucks arriving to the site, excavation, etc but all the wear and tear we experienced was normal and minimal. The guys cleaned up every bit of leftover pieces, trash, and materials. Denis and his team know pools. They charge fair prices, do great work, are earnest and care about the customer.
