I asked the lead whether they got the tip, to my surprise, he said "no"...so I tipped them...and inquire about the tipping policy...another surprise...the company responded...the tip goes to movers and office staff?????? A mandatory tip going to office staff!?!?!? My thinking is, do these mandatory tips goes toward the hourly rate for the movers? Hope not, but it is for sure something I would be very wary of...

The mover guys showed up on time, they are both from Asia, that is the reason why their rate is cheaper, I think, however, their service is good and work very efficiently. The loaded all my stuffs in at 2 hours under the initial estimate, which are two bedrooms appartment!, and one hour on driving and only one and half hour for unloading.
